Growing in Life by Having a Direct and Personal Contact with the Lord

What is growth in life? It is simply the increase of God and the decrease of our natural man, the increase of the stature of Christ and less of us, and more ground given to the Holy Spirit to work in us and less of ourselves. Since Christ came into our spirit at the time […]

Six Simple Ways to Cooperate with Christ's Goings Forth in Our Being

Christ’s goings forth are from eternity (Micah 2:5) and onto the bridge of time (John 1:1, 14), and eventually He will go forth with all His believers into eternity forever (John 1:51). If you look at the history of man, you will see how Christ came out of eternity into time through incarnation, how He […]

we are earthen vessels containing a priceless treasure, the Christ of glory!

When God shines on us through the speaking of His Word, the glory of God in the face of Christ is being infused into us to become the indwelling treasure in our spirit (see 2 Cor. 4:6-7; 1 Pet. 3:4). This is so wonderful! We are earthen vessels – worthless, fragile, temporal, ephemeral, and passing away – but we contain a priceless treasure – the face of Christ, the person of Christ, the image of God Himself – in our spirit (2 Cor. 2:10)! There is nothing more precious and valuable in the whole universe than beholding the face of Jesus [read more online]

The Spirit in our spirit is spreading into our soul and is transforming us from glory to glory!

Recently, I have been enjoying “The way for a Christian to mature in life” by brother Witness Lee and what impressed is that as Christians we are sons marked out for glory who will be transformed into God’s image, that is, we will be transformed from glory to glory. 2 Cor 3:18 says: But we all […]

The Lord arranges everything in our environment to turn our heart to Him and to transform us

One of my favorite songs begins with “There are times in my life when my heart is embittered, there are questions unanswered, yet You are drawing me to enter into Your blessed sanctuary…”, and ends with “let each experience constitute me, so Your life I’ll display in every way”. We, as Christians (and especially as […]

As strangers and sojourners on this earth, we are ready to move for the Lord’s interest!

Yesterday we saw that when the Lord appears to us, we consecrate ourselves to Him and put everything on the altar. This is what our father Abraham did, and this is our spontaneous reaction to His appearing. Also, we live a life of the tent: we are not rooted to a certain place, but as […]
