We are the Lord’s disciples who are being discipled to being a God-man living the divine life by denying our natural life, even as the Lord Jesus did by being renewed in the spirit of our mind by the word of God and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit to become a new and corporate God-man.
Lord Jesus, renew us more today! Amen, Lord, we come to You in Your word to be taught in You as the reality is in Jesus. We open to You. Transform us more today by the renewing of the mind. Oh Lord Jesus, may we learn Christ as the reality is in Jesus. May we allow You to live in us and be expressed through us. We read Your word prayerfully so that we may be discipled by the Lord through being transformed by the renewing of our mind! Amen, Lord, may You gain a new and corporate God-man on earth today! Amen!
We believers in Christ are disciples of Christ; we seek the Lord’s face, we want to know Him and enjoy Him, and we come to Him in His word to learn from the Lord, for we want to be discipled by Christ to be and live the same way that He was and lived.
The Lord tells us to seek His face, and our heart seeks His face, for we want to see Him, behold Him, and be infused with Him to become like Him (Psa. 27:8).
May we humble ourselves as we come to the Lord in His word, negating ourselves and considering ourselves as nothing, so that we may receive something new and fresh from Him.
We should think of ourselves soberly, properly, for pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit goes before a fall (Prov. 16:18).
It is easy to become proud when we have a lot of knowledge; even when we know a lot of things from the Bible, we may become proud. Oh Lord!
The church in Laodicea became proud, for she thought she had many riches, much knowledge, and much history with God, so she was proud.
May we come to the Lord’s word not with pride but with hunger. May we sit down at the Lord’s feet, stopping ourselves and all our activities and opening to Him to be infused with Him.
May we really open to the Lord to receive His divine dispensing today. May we receive the portion we need for today’s growth in life and going on with the Lord.
May His word fall into good ground in our heart and bear fruit for what the Lord wants to do in us.
May we not miss the Lord’s word but rather, may we humble ourselves and say Amen to His word so that all our old concepts and thoughts would be washed away and we would be renewed in the spirit of our mind, even have the mind of Christ.
Learn Christ as the Reality is in Jesus to be Discipled to live a God-man Life by being Renewed in the Spirit of our Mind by the Word of God

According to Ephesians 4:23, we learn Christ as the reality is in Jesus, and in verse 24 we see that we are renewed in the spirit of our mind. We believers in Christ are discipled by the Lord by being renewed in the spirit of our mind.
The only way we can have a change in our mind to have the mind of Christ is through the Word of God; it has to do with how we handle the Word of God.
In Deuteronomy 17:18-20 we see how the king had to write for himself a copy of the law of God and read in it all the days of his life. If the kings in Israel would have done this, they would have remained with the Lord and would have ruled one with Him.
Day by day we need to read the Bible and pray it so that we may be renewed.
As we go on with the Lord, as we shepherd the new ones, and as we care for others in the church meetings, we need to have the attitude of a learner, learning to come to God’s word with much prayer to be discipled by the Lord.
If we abide in the word of Christ, we are truly the Lord’s disciples, and we shall know the truth, and the truth shall set us free (John 8:31-32, 36; 15:7). The truth in God’s word sets us free.
By the prayerful reading of the Scriptures and by having an ear to hear what the Spirit is speaking to the churches through the ministry of the word, we are being discipled by the Lord through being transformed by the renewing of our mind (Eph. 6:17-18; Rev. 2:7; Rom. 12:2; Eph. 4:23).
It has to do with our attitude toward the word and the ministry of the word. We need to receive the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which Spirit is the word of God, by means of all prayer and petition.
Whenever we come to the Lord or are under the hearing of the Word, whether in our personal reading, in meetings of the church, in group meetings, in conference meetings, we need not to judge or oppose the word nor argue with it but welcome the Word of God.
May we have an ear to hear what the Spirit is speaking to the churches. May we let the Word of God enter into our being and cause an inward renewing leading to transformation.
Psalm 119:128 shows us that the psalmist esteemed the precepts of God concerning all things to be right. Whatever the word of God says, we say Amen to it, for the Bible is right.
We should lift up our hands to the Word (Psa. 119:48). As we read the Bible, we mix it with our spirit of faith by praying, and we welcome the word of God.
We need to be renewed in the spirit of our mind day by day.
May we not be fashioned according to this age but be transformed by the renewing of the mind (Rom. 12:2). This means that we should not be fashionable; we should not be conformed to this age in any of its aspects.
Rather, we should be transformed by the renewing of the mind. Our mind needs to be renewed.
Our mind is our mentality, our philosophy, our religious concepts, our views concerning people and things, etc. We have a lot of things in our mind; our mind is truly a minefield, and we cannot control or change our mind.
But we can come to the Lord in His word day by day with much prayerful consideration so that we may be transformed by the renewing of our mind.
On the negative side, we put off the old man (Eph. 4:22) and on the positive side we put on the new man (v. 24), and the way we do it is by the renewing of the mind (v. 23).
We need to be renewed in the spirit of our mind. Our spirit is new, for God as newness dwells in it; when we set our mind on our spirit and remain in the word of God prayerfully, our spirit spreads into our mind to renew our mind.
When our mind is set on our spirit, our mind becomes life and peace (Rom. 8:6). We need to daily set our mind on our spirit so that we may enjoy the Lord as our life and peace.
Lord Jesus, we want to learn Christ and be taught in Him as the reality is in Jesus! Disciple us today, Lord, to no longer live in the natural man but live the life of a God-man even as Christ did. Oh Lord, may we be renewed in the spirit of our mind by the word of God so that we may become a new and corporate God-man! We come to You in Your word, dear Lord, and we abide in Your word! We want to be Your true disciples, those who know the truth and are set free! Hallelujah, the truth in God’s word sets us free! Amen, Lord, we come to You in Your word to prayerfully read the Word and have an ear to hear what the Spirit is speaking to the churches! Oh Lord, keep us in Your word and in the ministry of the word so that we may be discipled by the Lord through being transformed by the renewing of our mind! Oh Lord, renew our mind a little more today. We choose to set our mind on our spirit. Spread as the Spirit with our spirit into our mind to renew our mind. Amen, Lord, may we be renewed until we become the new man who expresses You!
Being Renewed in our Mind by the Teaching of the Scriptures and the Enlightening of the Holy Spirit to be Reconstituted with God’s Word

We believers in Christ are the disciples of Christ, and we should have the same mind that was in Christ (Phil. 2:5).
However, our mind is still our own mind, filled with thoughts and concepts that we have picked up and learned throughout our upbringing.
How can we have the mind of Christ? How can we be renewed in the spirit of our mind so that we may be true disciples of Christ, having the mind of Christ?
We need to learn to take the mind of Christ Jesus as our mind. We have God’s life in our spirit through regeneration, and we have the nature of God as we are being sanctified.
By renewing, we have a change in our mind, for the mind of Christ is infused into us. The way for us to be renewed is through prayer and in reading the Scriptures.
As we pray-read the word of God, we get rid of all our old concepts concerning the things of the human life and we are made new again by the teaching of the Holy Scriptures and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit.
As we read the Bible day by day, becoming familiar with it, we have the word of God deposited into our being, and the Holy Spirit will enlighten us and guide us.
We can testify of this; as we read and pray, pray and read, and prayerfully consider the word of God, the Lord has a way to speak to us during the day regarding this word and with this word.
Our mind is slowly being changed from the old to the new; our view is different, and our being is renewed.
For us to be renewed in our mind is to get rid of all the old concepts concerning the things of the human life through receiving the new thoughts of God by the teaching of the Holy Scriptures and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit (Psa. 119:105, 130).
The Lord is washing us in His word by His Spirit; He washes away anything of our concepts, thoughts, philosophies, and even religious things, so that He may impart the mind of Christ into us.
Being renewed in our mind issues in being transformed.
First, we have the washing of regeneration, and then we are in the process of the renewing of the Holy Spirit (Titus 3:5). The washing of regeneration washes away our old life and brings in the new life of God.
Then, the renewing of the Holy Spirit changes our mind. If we only read the Bible without contacting the Lord or exercising our spirit to be in touch with Him, this does not work.
We need to read and pray the word of the Scriptures so that we may be renewed by the Holy Spirit in our mind.
May we learn to open to the Lord as we come to His word so that we may have more dispensing of His new element, His new thought, and His new life into us to renew us and transform us.
We all know that we have a lot of old concepts and old thoughts; we have our own philosophies and religious concepts, and we have many concepts that we have no idea we even have until the Lord shines on us.
As we read the word of God with much prayer, as we place ourselves under the hearing of faith both personally and corporately in the meetings, we are being renewed in the spirit of our mind, and the divine essence is imparted into our being.
Our old condition, our old mind, is being discharged, and we are brought into a new condition and have a new mind, the mind of Christ.
The main problem is our mind. Our mind is wrong. We have so many imaginations and thoughts in us because our mind is wrong.
In order for us to be the Lord’s disciples who are being saved in Christ as life to reign in life over Satan, sin, and death, we must be reconstituted with the holy word of God so that we may be instructed, governed, ruled, and controlled by the Word of God (Rom. 5:10, 17; Deut. 17:18-20; 2 Tim. 3:15-17).
Thank the Lord that, while being enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son; now, much more, we will be saved in His life, having been reconciled.
Now we are being saved in the Lord’s life by letting the word of God enter into our being and reconstitute us.
We need to take the word of God into us and allow the Spirit to apply the Word to our practical situation.
All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness.
We are discipled by the Lord as we come to His word in a prayerful way, and we are being saved in His life as we pray-read the word of God.
May we exercise to always stay open to the Lord so that He may operate in us through His word.
May we let Him speak to us, renew us, and transform us by His word through the teaching of the Scriptures and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit.
Lord Jesus, we want to be renewed in our mind so that we may be the Lord’s disciples who have the mind of Christ! Amen, Lord, we need Your help to get rid of all the old concepts concerning the things of the human life! We open to You as we come to Your word to receive the new thoughts of God by the teaching of the Holy Scriptures and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit. Enlighten us as we read and pray Your word. Shine on us and remove any old concepts and thoughts. Amen, Lord, we fully open to You and we open to Your word! Fill us with Your word. Fill us with Your thoughts. Reconstitute us with Your holy word so that we may be instructed, governed, ruled, and controlled by the word of God! May Your word have a way to teach us, convict us, correct us, instruct us in righteousness, and infuse the element of God into us! Amen, Lord, we want to be renewed in the spirit of our mind day by day! We say Amen to Your speaking in Your word and we say Amen to Your speaking in us through Your word during the day! Disciple us more by the renewing of the mind under the enlightening of the Holy Spirit!
