Let the Seed of the Kingdom Grow & be under the Ruling of Christ to Live in the Kingdom

October 3, 2026 by aGodMan 16 Comments

The Lord will deliver me from every evil work and will save me into His heavenly kingdom, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. 2 Tim. 4:18

We believers in Christ have Christ as the seed of the kingdom sown into our being, and He grows to be a harvest, which will be the full manifestation of the kingdom; for the kingdom to come, we need the Lord to cast out any demons in us, and we need to be under the ruling of Christ, in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens.

Lord Jesus, thank You for coming into us as the seed of the kingdom! Grow in us! May You grow, spread, and increase in our being as the kingdom of God. We give You more ground in us. We open to You. We deal with our heart before You so that You may have the good soil to grow in our heart. Bring our whole being with all our daily activities under the ruling of God. Amen, Lord, set up Your throne in the center of our being. May we live a God-man life under the ruling of God in the kingdom of God as the realm of the divine species! Amen!

This week in our morning revival we were prayerfully considering what does it mean for us to live the life of a God-man by living in the kingdom of God as the realm of the divine species. We believers in Christ have been born of God, and we are now God’s species; we have the divine right to participate in God’s species. As believers in Christ who are God-men, we are living the life of a God-man.

We are the duplication and continuation of Christ, the first God-man, and we allow Him to live in us to express the divine attributes through our human virtues.

As the reproduction and duplication of the first God-man, we should live the same kind of life that He lived.

He set up a model for our God-man living, and we live the same way He lived, for He is now the Spirit living in us and through us. Praise the Lord, as believers in Christ, we are living in the kingdom of God!

The kingdom of God is not only something that will come at one point, when the Lord returns; it is God Himself, that is, God in Christ being the totality of the divine life with all its activities.

On the one hand, the kingdom of God is the realm of the divine dominion; on the other hand, it is the realm of the divine species, in which are all the divine things.

God became man to make man God in life and in nature but not in the Godhead.

In other words, God became man to enter into the human species, and man becomes God in life and nature but not in the Godhead to enter into the realm of the divine species.

We are born of God to have His life and nature, and we are made the same as Christ in every possible way; in this way, we live the life of a God-man today. Amen!

Allow Christ as the Seed of the Kingdom to Grow in us and Be under the Ruling of Christ in our Daily Living to Live in the Reality of the Kingdom of the Heavens

And He said, So is the kingdom of God: as if a man cast seed on the earth, And sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and lengthens--how, he does not know. The earth bears fruit by itself: first a blade, then an ear, then full grain in the ear. But when the fruit is ripe, immediately he sends forth the sickle, because the harvest has come. Mark 4:26-29

We all have a natural concept concerning the kingdom of God, a concept that is not according to God’s word. In Mark 4:26-29 the Lord Jesus said that the kingdom is like a man who sows seed on the earth.

The seed grows, sprouts, lengthens, bears fruit, and the fruit becomes ripe, at which time, it is harvested. How does this show us the kingdom of God?

In the Lord’s eyes, this is what the kingdom is. The seed is the Lord Jesus Himself as the shining One; He comes into us as the seed of the kingdom, and He grows in us. We are the soil into which the Lord Jesus, as the seed has been sown.

We need to allow Christ to grow in us, spread in us, and reach maturity in us so that there will be the manifestation of the kingdom, the time of the harvest.

Just as a seed sprouts, lengthens, grows, and bears fruit to maturity, so the Lord Jesus as the seed of the kingdom, needs to sprout, lengthen, grow, and bear fruit in us for the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens.

The Lord Jesus needs to grow in us. We need to give Him the nutrients necessary for His growth, and we need to cooperate with Him for His kingdom to grow and spread in our being.

On the one hand, thank the Lord that He has transferred us out of the kingdom of darkness and into the kingdom of the Son of God’s love, and we are now in the kingdom of God (Col. 1:12). Praise the Lord!

On the other hand, however, we are in the process of the kingdom, for Christ as the kingdom seed is still growing in us.

We are still in the process of the growth and spread of the kingdom of God in our being.

When we pray, as the Lord taught us, Your kingdom come (Matt. 6:10), we mainly pray that His kingdom would come in us, for when His kingdom comes in us, His kingdom can also come through us.

May we allow the kingdom of God to grow in us until the harvest, which will be the full manifestation of the kingdom! Amen! How much we need to bring this to the Lord in prayer and ask Him,

Lord Jesus, grow in us as the seed of the kingdom! May Your kingdom come in us. We open to You. We give You more ground in our being. May You as the seed of the kingdom sprout, grow, lengthen, mature, and ripen and bear fruit for the kingdom of the heavens to come. Amen, Lord, we want to be in the reality of the kingdom of God today. Keep us in the process of the kingdom by allowing You to grow in us and bring in Your kingdom in us and through us. Oh, may the kingdom seed grow in us! May the Lord bring in His kingdom in our being more today! Spread Your kingdom in us and through us, dear Lord!

But if I, by the Spirit of God, cast out the demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. Matt. 12:28

Another portion where the Lord Jesus spoke of the kingdom of God is Matthew 12:28, where He said that if He, by the Spirit of God, casts out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon us.

On the one hand, we need to let the seed of the kingdom grow in us; this is the aspect of the kingdom as the realm of the divine life. On the other hand, we need to be under the ruling of Christ, for He is ruling and reigning in the kingdom, and He is casting out demons.

We may think that we don’t have demons and we are not demons; a demon is a dirty, unclean, evil spirit, but the principle of being a demon simply means rebellion.

Demons were a kind of created beings who followed Satan in rebellion against God, and therefore they became demons. Demons indicate rebellion. We can testify that so many times in our daily walk we are in rebellion against God.

We may not rebel openly and reject God visibly or outwardly, but inwardly, we disobey Him and do not follow His leading.

In our daily walk, there are some things in which we are not under the ruling of Christ, and in those things we’re in rebellion against God, being in the principle of the demons. Oh Lord!

We cannot cast out demons, but the Lord can; Christ by the Spirit of God casts out demons for the coming of the kingdom of God. We need to ask the Lord to cast out the demons from us.

We need to ask the Lord to cast out all rebellion and rebellious things from our being.

We may go shopping, and the Lord gives us a sense not to purchase a particular item; we, however, really want that item, and we purchase it and bring it home.

This is rebellion, the principle of a demon. In so many things, in so many ways, and in so many situations in our daily life, the Lord speaks to us and gives us a sense not to do something and not to go somewhere, but we disobey Him; this is the principle of rebellion.

We need to check with ourselves if we are under the ruling of Christ. We may love the Lord, we may say we’re in the kingdom of God, but do we accept the ruling of Christ? Oh Lord!

We may say that Christ is our life, but this may not be very real to us; rather, it may be only a term, a good saying, but the Lord is not ruling and reigning in us.

In every kind of life there is a ruling element that causes that life to grow properly, be safe, stay away from danger, and develop in a normal way to express itself.

In the life of Christ in our spirit there is a certain ruling element; however, we may not be under the ruling of the Lord’s life in our daily living. So, in a sense, we may still be possessed by many demons.

We need the Lord to cast out the demons for us to truly be in the kingdom of God. When the demons are cast out, when rebellion in us is dealt with and subdued, we will have the realisation of the reality of Christ.

We will be able to live in the kingdom of God today, even in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens, so that we may be rewarded with its manifestation at the time of the Lord’s coming.

May we be the Lord’s overcomers today, those who live under the ruling of Christ in our daily living to live a heavenly life on earth, one with the Lord.

May we allow the Lord to discipline us today in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens so that we may reign with Him in the future in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens.

May we be saved from merely being in the appearance of the kingdom of the heavens, as general Christendom is today, and may we be in the reality of the kingdom today so that we may be in its manifestation in the coming age.

Lord Jesus, may Your kingdom come in us and through us today. Cast out any demons in us. We come to You, Lord, and we remain under Your shining light. Expose any rebellion in us. Expose anything in the principle of rebellion. We take You as our life and as our everything. We want to live in the reality of the kingdom today. Lord Jesus, come and cast any demons, anything in us that is in the principle of rebellion! Have a way to rule and reign in us. Oh Lord Jesus, we truly want to be in the kingdom of God in reality today! May we be in the realisation of the reality of Christ. We allow You to deal with all rebellion in our being. Make us Your overcoming saints, those who live in the reality of the kingdom today and who will be rewarded with its manifestation in the next age! Amen!

Exercise to Live in the Kingdom of God and be His Overcomers who Inherit the Kingdom of God and of Christ

Everyone who has been begotten of God does not practice sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been begotten of God. 1 John 3:9

As we prayerfully consider the matter of living the life of a God-man in the kingdom of God as the realm of the divine species, we need to see that the only way we can live such a life is by seeing what we are and who we are.

When we exercise that part in us that is the new creation – Christ Himself as the element of the kingdom of God – we are living in the kingdom of God. We need to exercise to live in the kingdom of God today to be the Lord’s overcomers.

We do this by exercising our spirit, that part of us which is the new creation. We need to exercise our regenerated spirit.

1 John 3:9 says that everyone that has been begotten of God overcomes the world and does not commit sin, for His seed abides in him, and he cannot sin because he has been begotten of God.

We may read this verse and consider it, thinking that, even though we are begotten of God, we still commit sins; we cannot deny that we still commit sins, but we need to see that we are born of God.

We have been begotten of God, and the part that has been begotten of God in us, our regenerated spirit, cannot sin.

We shouldn’t expect to live a God-man life as an appearance, as a performance; rather, we need to realise that there’s a sense of life operating in us, and as long as we take care of the inner sense, we will express God.

The truth is that, as long as we are begotten of God, we are a new creation, and we can turn to our spirit to exercise to live in the kingdom of God. Amen, if we today exercise to live in the reality of the kingdom by living in the mingled spirit, we will inherit the kingdom when the Lord returns.

The overcomers will inherit the kingdom of Christ and of God so that they can enter into the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens (2 Tim. 4:18). Not only will we enter into the kingdom; we will inherit the kingdom of God and of Christ.

May we today exercise our spirit to live in the kingdom of God so that we may be the Lord’s overcomers who inherit the kingdom of God and of Christ! Amen!

If we read the Gospel of John, it is so encouraging to see many aspects of the believers in Christ living in the realm of the divine species (see John 1:16; 15:4a, 9, 11; 4:23-24; 14:2, 20, 23; 17:22-24).

“Of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace” (John 1:16). We have received grace upon grace from His fullness! Amen! If we read these verses with the exercise of our spirit of faith, the Lord will infuse us with the supply to live the life of a God-man. “He who eats Me, he also shall live because of Me” (John 6:57b). Amen!

“If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there also My servant will be. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him” (John 12:26). Amen! “In My Father’s house are many abodes…I go to prepare a place for you” (John 14:2). Amen!

As the Father has loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love...These things I have spoken to you that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be made full. John 15:9, 11“In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you” (v. 20). Amen! “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make an abode with him” (v. 23). Amen!

“Abide in Me and I in you” (15:4a). Amen! “If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you” (v. 7). Amen!

“As the Father has loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love” (v. 9). Amen! “These things I have spoken to you that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be made full” (v. 11). Amen!

“These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace”; “My peace I give to you” (16:33a; 14:27b). Amen!

“Holy Father, keep them in Your name, which You have given to Me, that they may be one even as We are” (17:11b). Amen!

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, even as We are one” (v. 22). Amen! “I in them, and You in Me, that they may be perfected into one” (v. 23a). Amen!

“Father, concerning that which You have given Me, I desire that they also may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory” (v. 24a). Amen!

Lord Jesus, we exercise our spirit to live in the kingdom of God today! Amen, Lord, we praise You that our spirit has been born of God to be a regenerated spirit, and the world cannot overcome us when we are in our spirit! Hallelujah, everyone who has been begotten of God does not sin! Praise the Lord, we cannot commit sin when we are abiding in the Lord by being in our mingled spirit! Amen, Lord, we exercise our spirit today to abide in You and live one spirit with You! We want to be Your overcomers today, those who live in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens in this age so that we may inherit the kingdom of Christ and of God! Amen, Lord, we aspire to enter into the manifestation of the kingdom in the next age. Keep us enjoying You as grace. Fill us with the living water. We want to eat You and live because of You! Amen, Lord, keep us abiding in You and loving You. We love You and we give ourselves to You. Perfect us into one! Amen, Lord, make us fully one with You in our daily living! Amen!

Are you always under the ruling of Christ? We may say that we love Him yet not accept His ruling. We may say that Christ is our life, but Christ as our life may not be very real to us. It may simply be a term, not a reality… The life of the Lord Jesus is a ruling life. In every kind of life there is a ruling element, which is its life law and regulation. We may have the life of Christ within and yet not be under the ruling of His life. So, in a sense, we may be still possessed by many demons. We need the Lord Jesus to cast them out. Then we will truly be in the kingdom. The kingdom is the realization of the reality of Christ. We have been transferred out of darkness into the kingdom of Christ. Yet, in our daily living, we may lack the reality of the kingdom.

All those who are in the church are also in the kingdom of God…However, not all those who are in the church are in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens , because not all of them are overcomers. Only the overcomers in the church are in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens…It includes only the believers who are living a heavenly life and are overcomers. Those who are being disciplined today in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens are those who will reign in the future in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens. The appearance of the kingdom of the heavens, Christendom, is related to the nominal Christians. The church and the kingdom of God are related to the saved ones. The reality of the kingdom of the heavens and the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens are related to the overcoming believers.

Dear brother, the kingdom of God is the Lord Jesus as the seed of the kingdom growing in us and spreading in us until the harvest, the manifestation of the kingdom.

Also, the kingdom comes when the lord by the Spirit casts out the demons in us, anything of rebellion.

Oh Lord Jesus, grow in us today. Bring Your kingdom in us. Cast out all rebellion in our being and bring in Your kingdom!

Amen brother

Amen Hymn 1301

Jesus the kingdom has come into us,

Reigning and shining He’s all glorious,

Christ as the seed is the King who has come,

Into our spirit His kingdom He’s sown.

O let Him grow, O let Him grow;

His kingdom life be all we know.

Jesus, the kingdom is sown into us;

Jesus, the kingdom, O how glorious!

We must repent for the kingdom’s at hand;

All that we do, think, or feel, or have planned

Must be abandoned and changed in our mind;

Leave all the world and self-seeking behind.

All of religion has missed it again,

Teaching for doctrines the concepts of men;

They vainly wait for the kingdom to be.

A dispensation they’re hoping to see.

But now the kingdom to us has been shown,

It is no less than our Jesus alone.

It is the Person of Christ in us all,

And it begins as a seed when we call.

May we not be content to be Christians in name & thought but be in the kingdom as it really should be.

We have the seed of the kingdom growing within us, so we are in the process of the kingdom. But we may still be possessed by many rebellious demons.

The kingdom is the realisation of the reality of Christ, and only the overcomers in the church are in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens.

May the Lord save us from being merely in the appearance of the kingdom of the heavens…

Amen, grow in us, Lord Jesus, until harvest.

The original demons are those that rebel against God. If we are not under the cross, under God’s ruling, these are demons that need to be cast out by the Lord.

May we be under You ruling today, Lord

Amen Brother. So good to hear that the kingdom of God is the seed which is Christ sown into us and developing into a realm.

It grows, it sprouts, and lengthens every day, and every moment when we turn to Him, exercise before Him.

Thank you for stirring a hunger to go and find out more about casting out rebellion from within us!

Amen. Indeed. We are made up of clay. However, becoming a rebel is done quickly.

Oh, Christ, be that seed planted in us. Be spreading in us to cast out all rebellion in our being and bring us in Your Kingdom.

The appearance of the kingdom of the heavens is related to the nominal christians. It has a very wide scope while the church and the kingdom of God are related only to the saved ones.

However the reality of the kingdom of the heavens and the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens are related only to the overcoming believers.

On the one hand, we are in the kingdom, but on the other hand, we need to be in the process of the kingdom.

The Lord Jesus as the seed of life who has been sown into us and who grows in us until He reaches maturity at the time of harvest. When the crop is ripe, there will be the harvest, the full manifestation of the kingdom. The growth of the seed within us is the process of the kingdom.

Lord Jesus, be gracious to us so that we may not lose the heavenly position of the church or neglect the divine life of the kingdom of God. May we be disciplined in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens to deal with every rebellion in us so that we may reign with You in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens in the future.
