The firstfruits in Revelation 14 are raptured to God and to the Lamb on Mount Zion for God’s satisfaction; they are the earliest among God’s crop to reach maturity, and they love the Lord to the uttermost, growing in life to maturity, and having the name of God on their forehead to show they are one with God in all things.
Lord Jesus, we love You and we give ourselves to You today. We want to live one spirit with You today. We want to have Your name on our foreheads so that, when others see us, they see You! Be expressed through us. Make us one with You. May we be brought on to maturity. May we grow in life a little more today, even a little more every day, so that we may ripen faster! Amen, Lord, we want to live a life for the fulfilment of Your purpose, a life that satisfies You! Amen!
The Lord is coming soon. We sense it, the Bible tells us, the world situation shows us the signs of the last days, and we want to be prepared for the Lord’s coming.
According to Revelation 12, the Lord comes to rapture the man-child, the body of His overcomers who defeat the enemy and who have died physically, but will be raptured to deal with God’s enemy in the heaven.
The Lord will rapture the man-child to defeat and cast out His enemy from heaven, even to cast him out to the earth for the fulfilment of God’s purpose.
In Revelation 14 we see the firstfruits; these are the living overcomers who ripen faster, those who cooperate with the Lord by loving Him and growing unto maturity, even ripening faster than others.
The firstfruits are not for war or for defeating the enemy, nor are they an instrument for God to do something; they are simply for God’s satisfaction.
In the Old Testament, God commanded His people not to partake of the firstfruits but to bring them to the temple and offer them to God for His satisfaction.
Similarly, the firstfruits in Revelation 14 are for God’s satisfaction. God wants to gain some living overcomers who cooperate with the Lord in their lifetime not to do this or that great work for God but simply to live a life for God’s satisfaction.
God wants to gain those who are pleasing in His sight, those who love Him and grow in life unto maturity to ripen faster for Him to enjoy them as the firstfruits for His satisfaction.
God is hungry and thirsty; He wants to gain some firstfruits for His satisfaction. We aspire to be such ones today, so we give ourselves to the Lord to grow in life faster and be brought on to maturity!
The Firstfruits are Raptured to God’s House in Zion as the Fresh Enjoyment to God for His Satisfaction

As seen in the type in Exodus 23:19 and Leviticus 23:10, the firstfruits are for God’s satisfaction; they are to be brought into the house of God for His food, His enjoyment, and His satisfaction.
In John 20:17 we see that the firstfruits of resurrection, Christ in the freshness of His resurrection, had to first be enjoyed by the Father, so He did not allow Mary to touch Him when she met Him by the tomb. God wants to be satisfied; He is satisfied by those who love Him.
We need to be those who love the Lord. We have been betrothed to Him as a virgin to our Husband-to-be, and we now need to simply love Him and love Him alone (2 Cor. 11:3).
The Lord is our Husband and we are His wife. We should not have idols in our heart, having other lovers beside the Lord.
Anything that is an idol is a lover, something that replaces Christ. May we come to the Lord again and again and just spend time with Him to enjoy Him and love Him.
On the one hand, God needs fighters, those who fight for His interest on earth and defeat the enemy; on the other hand, God needs some who are the firstfruits for God’s satisfaction.
May we beware lest somehow Satan would deceive us and corrupt us from the simplicity and purity toward Christ.
May we not be taken advantage by Satan and may we not be ignorant of his schemes. Satan disguises himself and tricks us, deceives us and cheats us. Many times he disguises himself as being our own thoughts in order to distract us from loving the Lord.
So we need to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor. 10).
May we desire only the Lord, and may we love Him to the uttermost, even desiring to be in His house all the days of our life to behold the beauty of Jehovah and enquire in His temple (Psa. 42:1-4). May we be before the Lord and enjoy Him.
When we come to Him, He is satisfied. This is especially difficult today since we have so many distractions. We want to spend time with the Lord, and a notification comes on our mobile phone.
We want to enjoy the Lord privately, but our phone rings or there’s a message. We need to learn to put everything else aside and not let them touch us.
Even our weaknesses, our failures, and our mistakes, we need to put everything aside, even forget what is behind, and just focus on the Lord to love Him. We may be driving, and there’s a billboard that suddenly gets us away from the Lord.
We may be travelling to work and the way people dress or behave may distract us from loving the Lord. So many things come at us, even jump at us, to distract us and usurp us, not allowing us to enjoy the Lord and love Him.
There is defilement in all the entertainment in the world, the music, the media, and everything around us.
We have many screens of all shapes and sizes, and we need to determine not to let defilement touch us. We want to be the virgins who love the Lord supremely and absolutely.
We need to enjoy looking to Him, spending time with Him, and being one with Him.
We love His presence, we love to be with Him, and we want to do what He wants us to do. We do not do things that He is unhappy with, and we refrain from going to certain places simply because He doesn’t want us to go.
Satan is a liar and the father of lies (John 8:44); every lie, anything that is untruth, is an expression of Satan.
So we do not speak lies. We refrain from gossip and loose talk, for such speaking defiles us. Our ears are not to listen to gossip and our mouth is not for having loose talk.
We preserve ourselves, we keep ourselves, and we want to be pure for the Lord. Loose talk damages the church life and spreads death. So we learn to exercise our spirit and touch the Lord.
We want others to see Christ in us and to receive Christ from us.
The firstfruits have the name of the Lamb and the name of His Father written on their foreheads; this is the designation of their being one with the Lamb and with the Father and of their belonging to Them (Rev. 14:1).
We love the Lord so much and we are so one with Him that others can see that we belong to Him, and they can read His name on our foreheads.
In Revelation 13 we see the name of the beast being on the foreheads of people in the world; this means that they are one with the beast.
But we need to have the Lord’s name on us for others to see Christ in us and through us. We are one with the Lamb. We belong to the Lamb.
We want Christ to be expressed through us. We love the Lord. All our actions, all our daily life, and even our thoughts, we want to be filled and saturated with the Lord, for we want to live a life for God’s satisfaction.
We learn to set a filter so that all the noise in the world, the flood of dissoluteness, the many voices speaking many things, the many screens showing us many things, and the many places doing many things, would be filtered, for we love the Lord and we want to be the firstfruits for His satisfaction.
We set our mind on our spirit (Rom. 8:6) so that our mind may become life, and we set our mind on the things above where Christ is (Col. 3:2).
We want to be with the Lord and in Him to such an extent that, when He comes, even though we physically live in a certain place, our being in set on Christ, and He raptures us, for it is normal for us to be where He is, on mount Zion, for His satisfaction!
Lord Jesus, we love You! We enjoy looking at You and talking to You about all things. Amen, Lord, we love You so much that we forget about everything else to just be with You! We set a filter in front of our eyes, ears, hands, feet, and our being to simply be with You and not let any noise come to us. Oh Lord, we say No to all defilement in the world. We refuse to partake of things that this world has to offer so that we may not be defiled. We belong to You, we love You and we want to live fully for Your satisfaction. We set our mind on our spirit so that our mind may be cleansed, washed, purified, and saturated with Your life. We set our mind on the things above, where Christ is! Amen, Lord, we love You and You know that we love You! We love You and we set our whole being on You! We want to live for Your satisfaction today. Even as we do the things we need to do in our daily life, our being is set on You, our heart is turned to You, and we want to be with You! Keep us here, in Your presence, loving You, until we are with You on Mount Zion as the firstfruits for God’s satisfaction!
The Firstfruits are the Earliest among God’s Crop to Reach Maturity: Grow in Life to Maturity to Ripen Faster!

One particular aspect of being the firstfruits is that the firstfruits are the earliest among God’s crop to reach maturity (see Heb. 5:14—6:1; 1 Cor. 2:6; Eph. 4:13; Phil. 3:15). We need to be brought on to maturity so that we may be the firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.
Day by day we need to eat the Lord, partake of His riches, and deal with what He exposes in our being so that Christ may grow in us and we may grow unto maturity.
Solid food is for the full-grown, those who, because of practice, have their faculties exercised for discriminating between both good and evil.
We need to exercise our spirit to enjoy the Lord, and we need to exercise our faculties. May we leave the word of the beginning of Christ and be brought on to maturity.
We need to exercise and be brought on; on the one hand, we exercise our spirit and our whole being to enjoy the Lord and let Him grow in us, and on the other hand, we allow the Lord to bring us on to maturity.
The Lord sowed the seed of life in us, and that life just needs to grow. When a seed grows, when a living being grows, you don’t notice it; you just water it and care for it, and it will grow.
On our side, we simply need to cooperate with the Lord. We cooperate with Him by dealing with our heart.
He came as the seed of life in our spirit, but He wants to grow in the soil of our heart.
Our heart may be hardened because of the worldly traffic. Our heart may have hidden sins, desires, and vices. Our heart may be filled with the anxieties of life and the deceitfulness of riches.
We need to deal with our heart (Matt. 13) so that the Lord may grow in us. We may listen to many podcasts, news, and radio shows; all these can defile us and cause our heart to be hardened toward the Lord.
So many people today speak so many things, and we can be among other people yet we are in our own world, listening to all kinds of things on our own and being infused with so many defiling things. May we learn to cooperate with the Lord to be brought on to maturity.
May we exercise our spirit and our whole being to cooperate with the Lord. As He shines on us, we deal with the hidden sins, and all kinds of self-seeking, self-pity, and personal desires are exposed under His light.
We want the Lord to have deep roots in us so that we can grow by absorbing the nutrients of Christ and overcome.
As He shines on us, as we behold Him and He looks at us with His seven eyes, we are exposed, we are enlightened, and we open to him.
He shines on us as we are by ourselves in our room, when no one sees what we do, what we watch, and what we listen to. He comes to shine on us, infuse us with His life, and take us on to maturity.
May we learn to open to the Lord day by day, especially in our time with Him, so that we may go on unto maturity and be the firstfruits He desires!
On the one hand, we need to be changed in our natural life by the divine life that saturates us so that we may be transformed into the Lord’s image (Rom. 12:2).
On the other hand, we need to be filled with the divine life that changes us so that we may be brought unto maturity and have the overflow of life (Eph. 3:19).
For God’s expression there’s the need of maturity; only a mature life can bear God’s image and exercise His dominion (Gen. 1:26; Rom. 5:10, 17, 21).
May we be those who cooperate with the Lord to the uttermost today.
May we not look at our failures, our defeats, and our lack of growth, but simply open to Him and let Him grow in us.
As we see God’s intention and purpose, may we give ourselves to Him and fulfill our responsibility to cooperate with Him until we are brought to maturity to be the firstfruits with Him on Mount Zion!
Lord Jesus, we love You and we allow You to grow in us. Grow in us unto maturity. May we not remain the same but may we be brought on to maturity. We turn our heart to You. We just open, Lord. We want to deal with anything that hinders the growth in life. Oh Lord, may You have a free way to grow in the soil of our heart! We want to cooperate with You by dealing with anything that Your light exposes in us! Oh Lord, we want to guard our heart by guarding our eyes from seeing defiling things, our mouth from gossiping and loose talk, and our ears from listening to things that defile us. We want to deal with any hidden sins, self-pity, self-seeking, unfulfilled dreams, and personal desires. Go deeper in us. Grow more in us. Cause us to ripen faster. We just want to cooperate with You so that You may grow in us and we would be the firstfruits for Your satisfaction! Amen, Lord, we love being in Your presence, opening to You and giving You the first place until we are with You full time, in Your presence on Mount Zion as the firstfruits!

– Overcomers Christ will take, / Those who all for Him forsake, / Those who of first love partake— / Win in time! / All the deadness overcome, / With the living Christ be one, / Toward the goal now swiftly run— / Win in time! (Hymns #1304 stanza 5)
– We love Thy coming, Lord; / The time is very nigh. / Our hearts unblameable must be / To greet Thee from on high. / The Lord Himself shall come / With loud assembling word, / And all the saints in Christ shall be / Forever with the Lord. (Hymns #1306 stanzas 4-5)
– The Lord, the seed of life, / Has sown Himself into our heart / To grow up into fullness / And become His counterpart. / The seed requires no rules or forms, / For water is its need— / By this the all-inclusive seed / Will grow in us indeed! / The seed is simply Jesus! / Oh, Jesus lives in me! / And by His growth this seed / in us will reach maturity. The Conclusion of the New Testament, pp. 4308-4310, 4312, by Witness Lee
The firstfruits are raptured to the house of God in Zion as the fresh enjoyment to God for His satisfaction.
We want to be those among God’s people who ripen early so that we may be taken into His presence for His satisfaction and delight. So we give ourselves to the Lord to love Him and grow unto maturity daily.
Amen! Praise You Lord! We want to be living in the principle of the first fruits “those who ripen earlier” and mature in life! Lord, make us such ones!
The firstfruits are the living overcomers, who will be the first ripe ones in God’s field. They will be reaped before the harvest as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb and they will not be taken to the air but to the heaven to Mt Zion.
The firstfruits have the name of the Lamb and the name of His Father written on their foreheads; this is the designation of their being one with the Lamb and with the Father and of their belonging to Them and have become the same as Them by the constant experience and enjoyment of the triune God as indicated by the words“ following the Lamb whereever He may go.”
Because they are already in the Lord’s presence, the rapture will not come as a surprise to them.
Oh Lord may this be our reality, heaven’s life on earth. Keep us in our heavenly position in a heavenly condition by being one with You in our mingled spirit.
We love You Lord. 🙏🙏🙏
We need to pay attention to our maturity in order to be the first fruits.
By being in love with the Lord and doing things for His satisfaction, we will become saturated by Him and grow into maturity.
Our God has a need, brother. He desires some firstfruits for His satisfaction.
The firstfruits must be mature wheat who love the Lord Jesus with all their heart & might.
May we spend time enjoying Christ in an intimate way.
May the Lord open the eyes of our heart to see God’s purpose & intention, and that we would see our responsibility to cooperate with Him.
