In order for us to enjoy the eternal blessing of the Triune God dispensing Himself into us, we need to enter into and keep ourselves in the eternal love of God; we choose life by loving the Lord and listening to His voice, and as we love Him, we become the same as He is, we are Jesusly human, and we are safeguarded.
Lord Jesus, we love You. We give ourselves to just love You. Increase our love for You. Thank You for loving us first. Thank You for pouring out Your love into our heart. We open to You. We want to enter into and keep ourselves in the eternal love of God in our Christian life so that we may be under Your divine dispensing! Hallelujah, we can enjoy the eternal blessing of the Triune God dispensing Himself into us as we love the Lord and keep ourselves in the eternal love of God! Amen, Lord, we love You! Amen!
On His side, God is dispensing; He is Triune for the purpose of dispensing Himself with all that He is and has into our being. On our side, we need to keep ourselves under the divine dispensing.
We need to spend time with the Lord in His word in a prayerful way so that we may keep ourselves under the divine fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
God the Father as love is the source, God the Son as the course is the grace, and God the Spirit as the fellowship transmits and flows out the Triune God into us.
We as beloved saints in Christ need to keep ourselves in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. We need to keep ourselves in the love of God, praying in the Holy Spirit, and awaiting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life (Jude 21). Wow!
What preserves us in our Christian life and also in our service to the Lord is keeping ourselves in the eternal love of God.
We need to not just know that God is love and that His love has been poured out into our hearts; we need to keep ourselves in the love of God and in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
There is a current of the Divine Trinity as the inner circulation of the Divine Trinity, as seen in 2 Corinthians 13:14, which is our spiritual pulse.
We need to simply come to the Lord again and again and make sure we have a proper and healthy spiritual pulse.
God intends to dispense Himself into us; in His Divine Trinity, He is continually dispensing Himself into our being.
His only goal in time is to dispense Himself into His chosen people, for it is by means of His divine dispensing that He can regenerate us, renew us, transform us, build us up, conform us to the image of Christ, and glorify us. Amen!
Enjoy the Triune God Dispensing Himself into us by Keeping Ourselves in the Love of God – Choose Life, enjoy the Love of God, and cleave to Him in all things
According to Jeremiah 31:3 we see that, for us as believers in Christ to enjoy the eternal blessing of the Triune God dispensing Himself into us, we need to enter into and keep ourselves in the love of God, even the eternal love of God.
How can we have the love of God and how can we keep ourselves in the love of God? We love because He first loved us (1 John 4:19).
First, God loved us, in that He infused us with His love and generated within us the love with which we love Him and the brothers (vv. 20-21).
Our Christian story started with love; God first loved us. We have had many experiences since we were saved; we have passed through sufferings, trials, and testings, both personally and in our family life and in the church life. Again and again, we need to have the reaffirmation of His love.
Some things may happen to us and we may wonder, Lord, where are You? But then the Lord comes and shows us His love, even assures us of His love.
The love of God has been poured out into our heart through the Holy Spirit (Rom. 5:5).
Right now, no matter what we are going through, regardless of the level of our experience, no matter whether we’re excited for the Lord or not, the love of God has been poured out in our heart.
As Ezekiel 36:26 says, God gave us a new heart, a heart that is soft toward God and that loves God. We need to exercise our new heart and say, Lord Jesus, we love You!
Sometimes things may be so pressing and tough that we can only say, Oh Lord, You know what is going on. I open to You! As we open to Him, the Holy Spirit comes and confirms the love of God, assuring us of God’s love and strengthening us by God’s love.
As Matthew 24:12 says, because lawlessness is multiplied, the love of many of the believers will grow cold. As we see the news with lawlessness being multiplied, our love for the Lord may grow cold. Oh Lord!
There is so much anxiety, so many problems, so much war and unfair things happening, and our love for the Lord may grow cold. But thank the Lord, the love of God has been poured out into our heart.
We need to claim this in our experience. We need to say Amen to God’s word.
Deuteronomy 30:19-20 says, I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life that you and your seed may live, in loving Jehovah your God by listening to His voice and holding fast to Him; for He is your life and the length of your days.”
We need to choose life, that is, love the Lord our God, listen to His words, and hold fast to Him, for He is our life and the length of our days.
May we choose life by spending time with the Lord in His word to know Him, enjoy Him, and love Him. God’s way is the way of life, and we choose this way by loving the Lord; we love His voice, His fresh and instant speaking.
When we have His speaking, we see His love. When the Lord speaks to us, our first love for Him is recovered. May we keep ourselves in the love of God.
May we exercise to keep ourselves in the Word of God and the ministry that opens the word of God, because this ministry is a betrothing ministry bringing us to love the Lord. As we read the life-study messages and the ministry books, we are filled with love toward the Lord.
To choose life is to love the Lord, and the way to love the Lord is to listen to His voice and hold fast to Him (Rev. 2:4, 7; S. S. 3:4; 8:13-14).
In Acts 11:23 we see how we can hold fast to the Lord; when Barnabas went to Antioch, he encouraged the saints there to remain with the Lord with purpose of heart.
To hold fast to the Lord is to remain with the Lord with purpose of heart. This means that we need to persistently be faithful to the Lord, cleave to Him, and live in close fellowship with Him.
May we remain in the Lord, keep ourselves in the love of God, and love the Lord by spending time with Him in His word day by day.
Lord Jesus, we love You! We open to You. We want to keep ourselves in the love of God. Thank You for loving us first. Thank You for loving us and pouring out Your love into our heart. Amen, Lord, we believe that we have been infused by You with Your love and love for the Lord was generated in us for us to love the Lord and the brothers! Hallelujah, we can exercise our heart of love for the Lord and for the brothers, for God’s love is poured out into our heart! Amen! We choose to love You today. We choose life so that both us and those around us may live. We love You, Lord, and we listen to Your word. We hold fast to You, for You are our life and the length of our days. Praise the Lord, we can come to the Lord in His word day by day to spend time with Him and enjoy Him, and He infuses us with Himself as love toward the Lord and the brothers! Amen, Lord, we love listening to Your voice. We hold fast to You, no matter what happens. We take You as our life and as our person! Amen!
Spend time with the Lord to Love the Lord Jesus to become the Same as He is, having Jesusly Human Virtues, and be Safeguarded in our Christian life
The key to loving the Lord is spending time with Him in His word to love Him and be infused with His word. As we love the Lord Jesus, we become the same as He is in His divinely enriched humanity.
Wow, the bountiful God in His rich attributes will be expressed through our aromatic “Jesusly” human virtues as we love the Lord (2 Cor. 3:15)!
By His mercy, may we spend time with the Lord in His word to be infused with Him. As we live the Christian life and learn to serve the Lord in the Body and for the Body, we realise that our humanity needs to be proper.
It is only the humanity of Jesus being expressed through us that is proper for the building up of the church as the Body of Christ.
Our humanity needs to be a coming forth from God – not just a proper human with proper human virtues, having the human flavour, but Jesusly human with the Jesusly human virtues expressing the Lord and bearing the flavour of Jesus.
This doesn’t mean that we should try to be like angels, so kind and nice and gentle, so spiritual and victorious; rather, we should simply love the Lord and let Him express Himself through us.
When we touch the Father as the source, we are filled with His love, and we have our human virtues being enriched and uplifted.
The Jesusly human virtues include extraordinary love, boundless forbearance, unparalleled faithfulness, absolute humility, utmost purity, supreme holiness and righteousness, and brightness and uprightness (Eph. 4:20-21).
These virtues are not in our natural being, but they describe the actual life of Jesus as recorded in the four Gospels, which is now our indwelling life for us to experience, enjoy, and express.
In ourselves we may have some forbearance, but we do not have boundless forbearance. We may forgive others, but we may still remember what they have done to us.
We may love others, but only if they love us back, and when they do something to wrong us or offend us, love for them is no longer there.
What we need is to love the Lord by spending time with Him so that we become the same as He is in His divinely enriched humanity so that we may have extraordinary love, boundless forbearance, unparalleled faithfulness, absolute humility, utmost purity, supreme holiness and righteousness, and brightness and uprightness. Oh Lord!
The Lord’s life and living as recorded in the four Gospels need to be repeated in our daily living today.
We need to learn Christ as the reality is in Jesus. This means that we need to allow the Lord to put us in the mold of Christ, in His death, so that in resurrection He may come and live in us again.
Christ as our indwelling life enables us to live a life that is absolutely for God and for God’s satisfaction (Lev. 1:4, 13).
When we are one with Christ in such a way, our daily living becomes a reproduction of the human living of Jesus typified by the burnt offering. He reproduces Himself in us and He lives in us.
May we take time to be with the Lord.
May we spend an adequate amount of personal time with the Lord to have affectionate, private, and spiritual fellowship with Him in our spirit so that we can be filled with His loving essence for Him to shepherd others through us (S. S. 1:1-4; John 4:24; Luke 15:20; Matt. 5:15-16).
Not only are we filled with the Lord as love and keep ourselves in the love of God, but we also have Him expressed through us as we shepherd others.
What shepherds others is seeing us filled with the Lord’s shining elements, for in this way they see Christ being expressed through us.
This comes not from our perfecting ourselves or trying harder but from spending time with the Lord. We need to spend quality time with the Lord day by day.
We need to spend time that is quiet before the Lord, not being caught up with what we need to do, what we need from Him, or even what we need to do for the Lord.
So often we may be with the Lord, and something comes in to distract us.
May we return to the Lord and take heed to the verse saying, Let Him kiss me with the kisses of His mouth! He kisses us with the kisses of His mouth if we’re not in a hurry, if we are not in a rush.
May we not miss the Lord in our time with Him. May we give ourselves to Him to just love Him.
As we love the Lord, our humanity is safeguarded through our loving the Lord. Our loving the Lord keeps us in the realm and sphere of Jesus’ humanity.
But if we don’t love the Lord, we lose the restraint that comes from His attraction, and we are liable to do anything and everything (see 2 Tim. 4:10, 14; Eph. 4:17-21).
When we love the Lord, we are safeguarded in our humanity; if we lose our love for the Lord, we may be just like the other people, able to do anything and everything, as if we are not Christians.
People can change from a proper humanity to a base humanity. Demas did this, Alexander the coppersmith did this, and many throughout history did this.
May we keep ourselves in the love of God all the time and not pay attention to negative things or rumours but simply love the Lord, spend time with Him in His word, and be with the saints who call on the Lord out of a pure heart! Amen!
Lord Jesus, we love You and we want to learn Christ as the reality is in Jesus. Have a way in our being to conform us to Your death so that You may be expressed through us in resurrection. Amen, Lord, make us the same as You are in Your divinely enriched humanity. May the bountiful God in His rich attributes be expressed through our aromatic Jesusly human virtues as we love the Lord. Oh Lord, be expressed through us today! May we have Christ lived out of us in our Jesusly human virtues today. Live in us a life of extraordinary love, boundless forbearance, and unparalleled faithfulness. Live in us a life of absolute humility, utmost purity, supreme holiness and righteousness, and brightness and uprightness. We love You, Lord. We are one with You. You enable us to live a life that is absolutely for God and for His satisfaction! May our living be the reproduction of Jesus. We come to You to love You and kiss You, even to let You kiss us with the kisses of Your mouth. Fill us with Your loving essence so that You may shepherd others through us and we may be filled with Your shining element for others to see Christ in us! Amen!
