Having a Personal Time and a Corporate Time of Enjoying the Lord in the Morning

July 20, 2017 by Guest God-man Blogger 2 Comments

My individual time with the Lord is vital as well as my corporate enjoyment with the saints.

I always start my morning time with the Lord Jesus by calling upon His name and simply thanking Him for another day. I usually say “Lord Jesus, I love You”. This helps my relationship with the Lord become sweeter every day. And of course I would come to Him, opening myself to Him and asking […]

I’m Still Learning to Contact the Lord and Enjoy Him in His Word in the Morning

July 19, 2017 by Guest God-man Blogger 3 Comments

I want to gain and be gained by You Dear Lord!

My practice of the morning revival time with the Lord is something I’m still learning and even more struggling with. First, I’ve set a specific time and I try stick to it. At this time, I seek a quiet and secluded place to be alone with the Lord, to look into His eyes, to listen […]

Put away any Encumbrance to Run the race with Endurance by Looking away unto Jesus

July 18, 2017 by aGodMan 8 Comments

Heb. 12:1 Therefore let us also, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, put away every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us and run with endurance the race which is set before us.

We need to put away any encumbrance and the entangling sin, and run the race with endurance, looking away unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who attracts us like an immense magnet. Our Christian life is a race, and every saved Christian must run the race to win the prize; […]

Having a Cloud of Witnesses Surrounding us, let us Run the Race to Win the Prize!

July 17, 2017 by aGodMan 9 Comments

Phil. 3:12-14 v. 12 Not that I have already obtained or am already perfected, but I pursue, if even I may lay hold of that for which I also have been laid hold of by Christ Jesus. v. 13 Brothers, I do not account of myself to have laid hold; but one thing I do: Forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward to the things which are before, v. 14 I pursue toward the goal for the prize to which God in Christ Jesus has called me upward.

As believers in Christ, we are on the way – which is Christ, and we are running the race with endurance, being surrounded by a cloud of witnesses who encourage us in our Christian life. Hallelujah! Therefore we should put away every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and run with endurance […]

Go Outside the Camp to Christ and Offer God a Sacrifice of Praise through Christ

July 15, 2017 by aGodMan 11 Comments

Heb. 13:15 Through Him then let us offer up a sacrifice of praise continually to God, that is, the fruit of lips confessing His name.

In Hebrews 13:1-19 we see many virtues and experiences which we need not only for our personal Christian life but for the practice of the church life; such experiences include brotherly love, practicing hospitality, holding on to Christ, following Jesus outside the camp, and offering a sacrifice of praise to God through Christ. After unveiling […]

The Church is the present Sabbath Rest and the Unshakable Kingdom of God today

July 14, 2017 by aGodMan 8 Comments

Heb. 12:22-23a But you have come forward to Mount Zion and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem; and to the myriads of angels, to the universal gathering; and to the church of the firstborn...

The church is the enlargement of Christ, and, as revealed in Hebrews, the church is the real Sabbath rest and the church is the unshakable kingdom of God; coming to the church is coming to the new covenant and to the heavenly New Jerusalem. There are many wonderful and glorious aspects of the church revealed […]

My Experience of Practicing Morning Revival and Preparing to Prophesy on Lord’s Day

July 13, 2017 by Guest God-man Blogger 4 Comments

The practice of morning revival is important to us personally, subjectively, and metabolically but even more so, it strengthens the bonds within the Body on a much larger scale than the local church we belong to. We eat the same thing, speak the same thing, and follow the same flow which the Lord graciously bestows on His recovery by way of seven feasts and the subsequent spread of this "fresh food" to all the churches.

The importance and benefits of morning revival are repeatedly stressed in the churches and among the saints in the Lord’s Recovery. This practice not only takes care of our personal relationship with the Lord, but also allows for the healthy teaching and solid food being assimilated at bite-size portions, regularly, and in line with the […]
