We Know the Triune God Subjectively by Experiencing and Enjoying Him in our Spirit

In this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, that He has given to us of His Spirit. 1 John 4:13

The Triune God is not just the object of our faith; we know the Triune God experientially through the inner enjoyment of the subjective God, for we subjectively know the Triune God by enjoying Him as we grow in life day by day.

Hallelujah, our God is not only for us to know objectively, outside of us, but also for us to enjoy subjectively as our life and everything! Amen, Lord, may we enjoy You more today! May we grow in life more today so that we may pay attention to the Triune God and subjectively enjoy and experience the Triune God. Amen!

This week in our morning revival we come to the topic, The Church in the Triune God, based on some portions in 1 Thessalonians 1 and also in 1 John 1, 2, 4, and 5.

We believers in Christ are part of the church in the locality where we meet, but we are not just a local church; the church is in the Triune God, and we believers are in the Triune God.

Every believer in Christ who has been born again and baptised in water, meeting in the local church, is in the Triune God.

God in Christ as the Spirit has come into our spirit to regenerate us with His life, and we have been born of God.

Also, through baptism, we are put into God, and now we are both in God and God is in us; we are in the Triune God and the Triune God is in us.

We want to prayerfully consider what does it mean for us as the church to be in the Triune God.

On the one hand, we are the church, and this has great implications and wonderful applications. On the other hand, we are in the Triune God.

We are in the Triune God not only in an objective way, as in gathering into the name of the Lord; we are in the Triune God in our experience and enjoyment, for the Triune God is not for our theological understanding but for our spiritual enjoyment. Hallelujah!

When we exercise our spirit to touch the Lord, we are in the Triune God; we then experience the Triune God.

If we continue to exercise our spirit and set our mind on our spirit, even our mind with all the other parts of our soul are focused on God, and we enjoy the Triune God in our soul.

May we open to the Lord and allow Him to shine on us to enlighten us to see what does it mean for the church to be in the Triune God.

May we be before the Lord and let Him shine on us and bring us into a rich enjoyment and experience of the Triune God in our daily living so that we may be in reality and practicality the church in the Triune God.

We Come to Know the Triune God by Experiencing Him and Enjoying Him in our Spirit

And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, Abba, Father! Gal. 4:6

First of all, we need to see that the structure of the New Testament is the Triune God; the Triune God is the structure of the entire New Testament, from Matthew to Revelation (Matt. 12:28; 28:19; John 15:26; Acts 2:33; Rom. 8:11; Gal. 4:6; Eph. 3:16-17; 4:4-6; Heb. 9:14; 1 Pet. 1:2; Rev. 1:4-5).

This is not just a concept; we need to prayerfully muse on all these verses to see and realise that the Triune God is the structure of the New Testament.

We may even want to read the entire New Testament with the view that we want to see the Triune God and the Divine Trinity in every book; if we do this, we will be very encouraged.

And this is the testimony, that God gave to us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. 1 John 5:11-12When we find verses related to the Triune God, we need to pray-read them, mixing them with our spirit of faith in prayer, so that we may not only know but even more, enjoy and experience the Triune God.

We come to know the Triune God by experiencing Him and enjoying Him (1 John 1:5; 2:27; 4:16; 5:11-12).

The Triune God is not just a doctrine; the Triune God is not just the object of our faith; the Triune God is for our experience and enjoyment.

Satan’s subtlety is to deny that the Triune God is subjective to us for experience and enjoyment.

Many times we have this thought, which does not originate from us but from the enemy, that the Divine Trinity is just too complicated and we can’t really understand it, so it’s ok to just know about it and that’s it.

Satan is OK for us to have the Triune God as an objective doctrine for religion.

But the Bible reveals to us that the Triune God is not merely the object of our faith; rather, He wants to be subjective to us, even dwelling in us to be our life and life supply.

We need to not only know the Triune God but even more, subjectively enjoy and experience the Divine Trinity in our daily living.

The New Testament shows us clearly that the Triune God passed through the process of incarnation, human living, crucifixion, and resurrection, and in His resurrection, He was consummated to be the all-inclusive Spirit!

Now the Lord is the Spirit (2 Cor. 3:17), and we can enjoy Him by exercising our spirit and by setting our mind on the spirit (Rom. 8:6).

As the all-inclusive, life-giving Spirit, the Triune God has come into us to dwell in our spirit.

Now the Lord as the Spirit is with our spirit, and in our spirit we are joined to the Lord as one spirit (2 Tim. 4:22; 1 Cor. 6:17).

May the Lord enlighten us and grant us to realise that the Triune God is not merely the object of our faith; even more, He is dwelling in us as our life and life supply for our experience and enjoyment (1 John 4:13-15)! Hallelujah!

We abide in Him and He is in us because He has given to us of His Spirit.

Through regeneration, we received God in Christ as the Spirit, for we believed into the Lord Jesus as the Saviour of the world sent to us by the Father.

Now we confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and God abides in us and we abide in God. Praise the Lord!

How can we know Him in a subjective way for our experience and enjoyment? It is by means of our human spirit.

Just as there are radio waves around us and, as long as you have a radio receiver in your hand, you can tune in and listen to music or news, so we have a human spirit by means of which we can know God subjectively.

You are of God, little children; and you have overcome them because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world...And we know and have believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God and God abides in him. 1 John 4:4, 16It is not just our mind; our mind is not enough, for God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truthfulness (John 4:24).

When we exercise our spirit, we attune our spiritual “radio receiver” to receive, enjoy, and experience the heavenly music, the Triune God as our experience and enjoyment.

When we are properly attuned to the Lord in spirit, we enjoy the Triune God in Christ as the life-giving Spirit in our spirit! Hallelujah!

It is by means of our human spirit that we touch, enjoy, and experience the Triune God as the all-inclusive Spirit. God is so real to us in our spirit, as long as we just exercise our spirit to touch Him, contact Him, receive Him, and enjoy Him.

When we call on the name of the Lord with the exercise of our spirit, we realise that He dwells in us as our life and life supply for our experience and enjoyment.

When we turn our heart to the Lord and exercise our spirit, opening our being to Him, we realise that we abide in Him and He abides in us, and we know God subjectively by enjoying and experiencing Him.

May this be our daily experience as genuine believers in Christ today!

Lord Jesus, cause us to see that the Triune God is not merely the object of our faith but even more, we can enjoy and experience the Triune God! Amen, Lord, may we be those who not only believe into the Lord Jesus but go on to know God subjectively by exercising our spirit! Hallelujah, through repentance and faith in Christ we have received Christ into our spirit to be our life and everything! Praise the Lord, through baptism into Christ we have been put into Christ to be in Him, even as He is in us! Amen, Lord, we want to remain here, one spirit with You. We want to abide in You for You to abide in us. May we enjoy the indwelling of the Triune God in Christ as the Spirit in our spirit. May we turn to You in spirit and may we turn our heart to You so that we may enjoy and experience You as our life and everything! Praise the Lord, Christ is our life! Hallelujah, we have a spirit by means of which we can contact God, receive God, and enjoy God! Amen, Lord, we exercise our spirit today!

Know the Triune God Experientially by the Inner Enjoyment of the Subjective God and by Growing in Life

And as for you, the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone teach you; but as His anointing teaches you concerning all things and is true and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, abide in Him. 1 John 2:27

What a wonderful day it is when we realise that God is not just the object of our faith but even more, we can enjoy and experience the Triune God! Hallelujah!

We need to know God experientially through the inner enjoyment of the subjective God (1 John 2:27; 4:4).

Our God is not just objective; He is subjective, for He is not just in heaven expecting our service and worship but even more, He is within us, even mingled with us as one. Hallelujah!

We have not only an objective God outside of us into whom we believe; we have a subjective God whom we can enjoy and experience today.

We need to be believers in Christ who know the Triune God subjectively and experientially through the inner enjoyment of the subjective God.

The apostle John said that we don’t need others to teach us about God and what He wants from us, for we have the anointing – the subjective God living in us – who teaches us all things, and as long as we follow the teaching of the anointing, we abide in Him and He abides in us. Hallelujah!

God in Christ as the Spirit has come into our spirit to be not only our life and life supply but even more to be the subjective God, the inner anointing.

He moves in us, He anoints us, and He teaches us all things; as long as we turn to Him and heed the inner anointing, we abide in the Lord and He abides in us.

Our God is a subjective God. In the Gospels, we see that the Father sent the Son, who came from the Father and with the Father, and then the Son sent the Spirit, who is He Himself in another form, as the Comforter.

When we believe into the Lord Jesus, the Spirit who gives life comes into us to regenerate our spirit and make our spirit life.

Today in our experience as believers in Christ, God is the spirit as the reality of the Son with the Father to be our life for our enjoyment. Hallelujah!

We don’t have three persons in us – the Father, the Son, and the Spirit – but we have the Triune God in Christ as the Spirit in us! He is such a wonderful One!

We care for Him and not for any religion, doctrines, or rituals. Religion is vain. Rituals are meaningless. Doctrines can be vain if they are not Christ enjoyed by us.

What we care for is the living person of Jesus Christ. Amen!  He is our enjoyment and experience.

The Father, the Son, and the Spirit are one. Isaiah 9:6 tells us that a Son has been given to us, and His name is called the eternal Father.

This matches what the Lord Jesus said in John, that He came in the name of the Father (John 5:43), and that if we see Him, we see the Father (14:9).

The Father is in the Son and the Son is in the Father (vv. 10-11), for the Father and the Son are one (10:30). Now the Lord is the Spirit (1 Cor. 3:17). He dwells in us as the Father in the Son as the Spirit. Hallelujah!

In this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, that He has given to us of His Spirit. And we have beheld and testify that the Father has sent the Son as the Savior of the world. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him and he in God. 1 John 4:13-15As we grow in life, as we grow in the divine life in our spirit day by day as we contact the Lord, abide in Him, enjoy and experience Him, fellowship with Him, and meet with the saints, we know the Triune God subjectively.

If we would know the Triune God, we must be in the line of life and in the process of the growth in life (1 John 2:13-18).

The more we grow in the divine life, the more we will be concerned with the Divine Trinity, for we see how sweet, real, enjoyable, and applicable is the Divine Trinity to our experience.

We don’t just do some outward things for God, nor do we do our best to please Him; rather, we want to enjoy the Triune God, experience the Triune God, and abide in the Lord so that He may abide in us.

We don’t judge or criticise anyone; we simply want to grow in life to experience and enjoy the Triune God, and we want to minister this wonderful One to others also.

May the Lord grant us the mercy that we would be open to His divine dispensing day by day so that we may know the Triune God experientially through our enjoyment and experience of Him!

Lord Jesus, we want to enjoy and experience You today. We exercise our spirit to contact You and we turn our heart to You. Hallelujah, the Lord today is the Spirit, and we can enjoy and experience Him as the Spirit in our spirit! Amen, Lord, keep us open to Your divine dispensing today. May we have a daily experience and enjoyment of the Triune God in spirit. Oh Lord, we love You! We open to You! May we not only know about You but even more, may we know the Triune God experientially! May we have the inner enjoyment of the subjective God! Wow, our Triune God is so subjective to us, for He has come into us to be the anointing, which teaches us all things! Amen, Lord, we exercise our spirit and we want to heed the inner anointing so that we may abide in the Lord and He may abide in us! Hallelujah, the Triune God has come into us to be the indwelling Spirit, constantly imparting what God is into us! Amen, Lord, we want to abide in You today, enjoying You subjectively in all things!

The Bible reveals clearly that the Triune God, after passing through the process of incarnation, human living, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension, has consummated in the all-inclusive Spirit, who has come to dwell in our spirit. Hallelujah for the wonderful all-inclusive Spirit dwelling in our human spirit! A human being can be compared to a transistor radio. Such a radio has a receiving apparatus that enables it to receive radio waves. When the radio is tuned properly, it will play music. We may say that we human beings are like transistor radios and that the receiving apparatus is our human spirit. When our receiver is properly tuned, we enjoy heavenly music. This is an illustration of the enjoyment of the Triune God, who is now the life-giving Spirit dwelling in our regenerated human spirit…It is by our spirit that we touch, enjoy, and experience the all-inclusive Spirit.

The Triune God is not only the object of our faith, He is also in us to be enjoyed and experienced by us subjectively.

We are joined to the Lord as one spirit, and we have Him as our subjective God, the anointing which teaches us all things.

As long as we exercise our spirit and turn our heart to Him, we enjoy and experience the Triune God.

Oh Lord, keep us turning to our spirit and turning our heart to You! Be our experience and enjoyment today. Hallelujah, God is for us to enjoy and experience!

We are in the Triune God! This is a fact subjective to us for our indwelling daily experience and enjoyment as our life and life supply! (1 Pet.1:2; Eph.4:4-6, 1Jn.4:13-15).

But the subtlety of the enemy is to deny this, presenting the Triune God merely as an objective doctrine for religion. We have received the Lord as the life-giving Spirit now dwelling in us. He came in with both the Father as the Spirit.

So we have Father, Son & Spirit as the Triune God! He’s not merely the object of our faith. Hence, we need to know the Triune God through experiencing Him as the inner enjoyment of the subjective God supplying us His life to meet our daily needs.

The Lord in His mercy should bring us through the process of growth in life to maturity in our lifetime before our earthly sojourn ends. If we would open ourselves the more to the dispensing of the divine Trinity, the more we’ll grow in life. We open to You, Lord!

Lord, keep us turning to our spirit! Keep us experiencing and enjoying Your divine provisions to grow in life!

Our concern is to experience and enjoy the Triune God – the Father, the Son and the Spirit embodied in the Lord Jesus as the Spirit indwelling our spirit.

Since He dwells and abides in our human spirit we have the best receiver to enjoy Him daily and hourly to be our life and life supply.

Lord thank You for abiding in us for us to abide in You to be our life and everything. Amen! We can experience and enjoy God! Amen! Lord, life us and supply us as we contact You as the Spirit in our spirit today!

Hallelujah for the wonderful all inclusive Spirit that dwells within us.

Our Lord Jesus is the embodiment of the Triune God, He is the Spirit as the reality of the Son with the Father for our enjoyment.

We just need to be in tune with spirit to enjoy the heavenly transmission.

Hallelujah for the all inclusive spirit! Amen, keep us turning to our spirit, Lord Jesus

The grace of the Lord is the Lord Himself as life to us for our enjoyment (John 1:17 and note 1 ob John 1:17; 1 Cor. 15:10 and note 1), the love of God is God Himself (1 John 4:8, 16) as the source of the grace of the Lord, and the fellowship of the Spirit is the Spirit Himself as the transmission of the grace of the Lord with the love of God for our participation….Thus, it is evident that the divine revelation of the trinity of the Godhead in the holy Word, from Genesis through Revelation, is not for theological study but for the apprehending of how God in His mysterious and marvelous trinity dispenses Himself into His chosen people, that we as His chosen and redeemed people may, as indicated in the apostle’s blessing to the Corinthian believers, participate in, experience, enjoy, and possess the processed Triune God now and for eternity. Amen.
