Being Willing to be Measured by the Lord for the Deepening and Increase of the Flow of Life

October 24, 2017 by aGodMan 9 Comments

If the saints in a local church are willing to be measured again and again and again and again, four times to one hundred percent, there will be a river to water the parched desert, to heal the dead sea, to grow the trees and produce the fish, and to produce the kids and the calves. What we need is to be measured for the Lord’s move. We need to be tested, examined, taken over, and possessed by the Lord. Witness Lee

In order that the flow of life would increase in us and even become a river to swim in, we need to be willing to be measured by the Lord as the Man of bronze. In Ezek. 47 we see the river flowing from the house of God, and as the man measured one thousand […]

We need to Experience the Flow of Life out from the House of God for God’s Ultimate Move

October 23, 2017 by aGodMan 11 Comments

Ezek. 47:1 Then He brought me back to the entrance of the house, and there was water flowing out from under the threshold of the house to the east (for the house faced east); and the water flowed down below the south side of the house, on the south of the altar.

In Ezekiel 47 we see something quite interesting and particular – the river of life flowing out of the house of God, and this week we will enjoy a deeper study on the flow of life with the ministry of life out from and for the magnificent house of God. Throughout the Bible there’s the […]

Experiencing Christ in His Resurrection and Enjoying the Operation of the Law of Life

October 21, 2017 by aGodMan 3 Comments

Num. 17:8 And on the next day Moses went into the Tent of the Testimony, and there was the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi: it had budded; it even put forth buds and produced blossoms and bore ripe almonds.

The Lord wants us to minister to Him to enjoy Him as the hidden manna, the budding rod, and the law of life; He wants us to be in His presence in the Holy of Holies, ministering to Him, partaking of Him, being in resurrection, and allowing the law of life to operate in us. […]

Having no Distance between us and Christ to Eat and Digest Him as the Hidden Manna

October 20, 2017 by aGodMan 10 Comments

Heb. 9:3-4 And after the second veil, a tabernacle, which is called the Holy of Holies, having a golden altar and the Ark of the Covenant covered about everywhere with gold, in which were the golden pot that had the manna and Aaron’s rod that budded and the tablets of the covenant.

When we minister to the Lord, having no distance between us and Him, we enjoy Him as the hidden manna, and we let Him have the thoroughfare in our being so that He may be assimilated into us. What we have in the Holy of Holies is the ark of the covenant, in which there’s […]

The Work of the Holy Spirit can be Revealed at the Time of Ministering to the Lord

October 19, 2017 by aGodMan 9 Comments

To minister to the Lord is not to forsake all the work on the outside. To minister to the Lord is not to give up serving in the villages. What I say is that all the work on the outside should be based on our ministry to the Lord. We go forth, out from our ministry to the Lord, rather than out from our own desires, which have no basis in the ministry to the Lord. There is a vast difference between these two matters. Watchman Nee

The unique principle for the work in the New Testament is that the work of the Holy Spirit can be revealed only at the time of ministering to the Lord. We see this in Acts 13:1-2, where there were some brothers in the church in Antioch who were ministering to the Lord and fasting, and […]

Ministering to the Lord not by Human Effort or Sweat but in God’s Rest and Blessing

October 18, 2017 by aGodMan 7 Comments

Linen garments signify a daily living and walk in the life-giving Spirit by the life of Christ; such a living and walk is pure, clean, and fine. Woolen garments would cause the priests to sweat (v. 18), a sign of fallen man laboring under God’s curse, without God’s blessing, by his own energy and strength (Gen. 3:19). The work that causes sweat is the work that comes out of human effort without the blessing from God the Father; everyone ministering to the Lord must do a work that causes no sweat, a work without human effort and fleshly strength - Isa. 30:15a. Crystallization-Study of Ezekiel (2), outline 9

According to Ezek. 44:17-18, those who minister to the Lord should not wear woolen but linen garments, so that they would not sweat; this means that as we serve the Lord we should do a work with no sweat, no human effort, a work under God’s blessing. We want to be those who minister to […]

Ministering to the Lord by Drawing Near to Him and Spending Time with Him in Prayer

October 17, 2017 by aGodMan 7 Comments

Whatever we do in the Lord’s service should be for the Lord’s sake; it should be for His satisfaction, His heart’s desire, His happiness, His goal, His pleasure, and His glory.

The Lord desires us to minister to Him by drawing near to Him, spend time before the Lord and pray more, and wait for His will to be revealed to us and infused into us, so that we may minister not only to His house but to the Lord Himself. In Ezek. 44 the Lord […]
