God’s economical Spirit of power is for us to receive to preach the gospel (2011 WST)

January 15, 2012 by Christian Student 4 Comments

Praise the Lord that when we feel weak or powerless, we can call on the Lord’s name and have this Spirit to strengthen our inner man so that we can preach the gospel! Without being in spirit, we cannot preach the gospel because we would be doing this in our self, not in the spirit. Thus, we need to call upon His name and have Him flow into us whenever we want to prophesy, preach the gospel, or to even talk! [sharing from the Winter School of Truth from a young brother]

the Spirit is now the Compound Spirit, every element is significant! (2011 Winter School)

January 14, 2012 by Christian Student 3 Comments

This Winter School of Truth I was really impressed by the matter of the compound Spirit. Do you know that the Spirit is compound? All the aspects and matters in the Old Testament are types which find their reality in the New Testament. The ointment in Exo. 30:22-25 is a type of the Spirit. This holy anointing oil is composed of 5 ingredients: olive oil, flowing myrrh, sweet cinnamon, sweet calamus, and cassia. Every ingredient of this compound ointment shows us something very significant about the Spirit. [continue reading online a sister’s sharing from her top enjoyment in the Winter School of Truth[

Christ is the reality of the law to infuse His living substance into His loving seekers!

January 14, 2012 by aGodMan 3 Comments

In our experience whether the law as the living word of God is positive or negative depends on what the condition of our heart is when we receive the Word! If we are loving seekers of God loving Him, humbling ourselves before Him, and regarding the law as His living Word through which we can contact Him and abide in Him – then the law will become a channel through which we receive life and nourishment for our supply! If our heart is humble, open, unloaded, unveiled, and appreciative for the Lord we love, we are infused with God’s substance through the law as God’s word and we even become one with God in life, nature, and expression (Rom. 8:14; Phil. 1:21)! we need to be renewed in our mind to truly express Christ (2011 winter school of truth)

January 13, 2012 by Christian Student 1 Comment

This winter school of truth I enjoyed the Organic Salvation of God, especially the matter of renewing. Being renewed requires us not to be fashioned according to this age, but to be transformed by the renewing of our mind – see Rom. 12:2a. To be renewed in our mind is to get the old concepts of the world out of our mind and have our mind made new again by the teaching of the Word of God and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit. When we pray-read His words, day by day the Holy spirit will change us and guide us. Our view will be different and our whole being will be renewed. the significance of Christ as the cornerstone for God’s building (Psalm 118)

January 13, 2012 by aGodMan 2 Comments

What does it mean that Christ is the cornerstone in God’s building? In the Psalms we see that Christ is the refuge rock, the blessed Rock, the protecting rock, the higher rock, the unique rock, the strengthening rock, the habitation rock, the unfailing rock, the salvation rock, and the trusting rock! Also, He is nine types of stones: the eternal rock, the foundation stone, the living stone, the cornerstone, the precious stone, the topstone, the cleft rock, the crushing stone, and the stone of stumbling! Specifically, brother Andrew Yu was sharing at least 6 aspects in which Christ being the cornerstone is very significant: [continue reading online the six aspects]

when we turn to our spirit we are filled with Christ and can be used by Him! (2011 WST)

January 12, 2012 by Christian Student 3 Comments

even if our spirit is small and weak, and our soul is tall and strong, we need to deny our soul so that our mingled spirit may become strong. We should always have a strong inner man, a strong spirit! We need to be willing to be used by God. Our infilling of the Holy Spirit is not only for our nourishment, it is also for us to dispense. This means that we have to preach the gospel to our friends, to overthrow our schools with the word of God – the Lord wants to use us as His stepping stones. If not, then He would just pass us by and turn to another generation to fulfill His Goal. Oh Lord Jesus! Make us all willing! we need to turn to our spirit and let Jesus work in us! (2011 winter school of truth)

January 11, 2012 by Christian Student 3 Comments

My life often is “divided in two” – in school I usually live by my soul and at the meetings or when I am spending time with Lord, I live by my spirit. This kind of living is not what Christ wants to have in us. He really wants to have a stepping stone – a people that will concentrate their all beings on Him. The Lord chose us – we cannot lose this chance – we have to turn to our spirit all the time – live by our spirit – and let Jesus work in us! Then we will surely be able to say, It is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me! This is so amazing!
