During this Winter School of Truth I really enjoyed touching the matter of the Spirit and the preaching of the gospel. This generation – our generation – is the generation the Lord wants to use to bring Him back. We have to say, “Lord, use me!” What’s holding me back? It’s NOW and it’s US! We must be willing to be used by God and we NEED to be stepping stones for His move. We have to allow Him to use us as His dispensational instrument that He may speak through us… Young people, do you know why you’re placed in your schools? Well, we are placed at different schools by the Lord so that we could be shining luminaries, shining forth the gospel to our friends! We are the ones who are able to speak to our friends! the Triune God is not for theological understanding but for the divine dispensing!
With our natural mind we cannot understand the Triune God; God being Triune, One yet Three, Three yet One – this blows our mind away. As someone said, To understand God you need to BE God. But everywhere in the Bible we see the Triune God! The whole Bible is saturated with the Divine Trinity! And the main aspect we see about the Triune God is that He is not for our mental comprehension or theological understanding but He is for dispensing all that He is into us! God is Triune so that God the Father in the Son through the Spirit would impart all the riches of God into man! It is time to rise up and say, Lord Jesus, Step On Me! Use me! (2011 winter school of truth)
We need to rise up and say: “Lord, step on me!” This is our opportunity! We should go, bear fruit and speak about the Lord. What are we waiting for? We’re here to express God! Jesus wants our consecration so we have to be determined and exercise our spirit. The church needs our function. Every day we have a new beginning, each sunrise brings new opportunities and new possibilities. Sometimes we just need little turn to our spirit. We are different than the people in the world – we have a better life because Christ is our life! We have to trust God because at every step the Midianites want to attack us – they’re waiting all the time and everywhere to destroy what God made in us, and to destroy the place which Lord gained in us. offering the consummate praise to God for the recovery of Christ, the house, the city, and the earth
Praise is the highest work that can be carried out by God’s children! The Christian life soars through praises! Even in prison and in stocks in Acts 16, Paul and Silas were praising the Lord – their spirits were soaring! We need to learn to take the important step from “praising God when we’re in the mood” to transcending everything by praising God! We should not set our eyes on our circumstances but on the Wonderful Christ – and praise will be rising in our being! Lord, I don’t know what to do in this situation, but my eyes are set on You! I want to live according to the spirit! The Son of God is in my spirit! (2011 winter school)
We Christians, must reject our mind, emotions, and will, and take the Lord Jesus as our life! Amen! This doesn’t mean that we don’t need our emotions and will but that we need to put them under the control of the spirit! We need to turn to the Lord in every situation and He will show us the way – we will have a feeling. I’m so vulnerable if I don’t turn to the Lord… but I want to live according to the spirit! at His second return Christ will recover the earth and solve all the problems of humanity!
There are so many problems in this world – there are many vices, the political system is very unhealthy, there are many contradictions in the human institutions, the future looks gloomy… The more people consider this situation, the more they are confused – and the more problems come! How can someone survive in the next generation? There is food shortage, there’s much injustice, the prisons are full with people, there are crisis between nations, cultures, races, religions, etc … What should our attitude be as Christians, as believers in Christ? Hallelujah, God has prepared a solution for all these problems! It is not through our doing something today outwardly, but it is at the Lord’s second return that all these problems will be solved! our flesh profits nothing: let us turn to our mingled spirit! (2011 winter school of truth)
I really enjoyed the fact that we have the key to both “death” and “life and peace”. This key is non other than our mind. “For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace” (Romans 8:6). The moment I got to know this, I found the answer to lot of problems in my life. Can the flesh do any good to you? No, the flesh cannot do any good for you. The Lord Jesus said “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing” (John 6:63). Hallelujah – our flesh profits NOTHING!
