The Lord is working to gain His bride, the overcoming believers who will be co-kings with Christ in the millennium, and we want to cooperate with Him today; however, God doesn’t want those who are strong in themselves but the weaker ones who depend on the Lord all the time.
Amen, Lord, we want to be such ones, those who realise they are weak and always depend on the Lord in all things!
God’s intention is to gain a corporate group of people into whom He can dispense Himself as their life and everything so that they may grow in His life and be built up together to be His corporate expression and representation on the earth.
Adam, the first man created by God, failed God in this, and the nation of Israel, which was chosen by God to be His people on earth, also failed Him.
Therefore, Christ came through incarnation to accomplish God’s redemption and to court man and gain man as His bride.
We believers in Christ are part of the church; we have been captivated by Christ, we love Him, we received Him as our life, and we are now in the process of becoming His bride.
However, sadly to say, even the church as a whole has failed God, for Satan, God’s enemy, has a prevailing way to usurp the saints and darken their minds so that they don’t see God’s intention.
The church is supposed to be glorious, spotless, without any wrinkles, and holy, fully sanctified to match Christ as the Husband; however, the church as a whole is in degradation.
This is why the Lord needs a recovery; in His recovery, He is sounding out the call for the overcomers.
In Revelation chapters 2 and 3 He sounds out the call for some who overcome.
We need to be those who, by the Lord’s mercy and grace, would answer God’s call today.
We are not the strong ones, nor are we the most capable ones. But we see something of God’s purpose, we realise what is His heart’s desire, and we want to answer His call.
We can’t do it in ourselves, we can’t make it by ourselves, and we don’t have a lot of power; however, we want to hold His name, hold His word, and allow Him to produce us as His overcoming saints today.
Thank the Lord He has chosen us to be His children; now we want to be those who are qualified to enter the wedding feast of the Lamb.
So we cooperate with the Lord as much as we can so that He may produce us as His overcomers.
And corporately, we seek to be built up together with the saints He put us with so that we may together become His overcoming bride for Him to rapture at His return.
Those counted Worthy to be Overcomers will be the Weaker Ones who depend on the Lord

The church as the bride of Christ is the goal of God’s intention; He wants to gain the Body of Christ which becomes the bride of Christ for His satisfaction.
Through the church as the bride of Christ, God gains a corporate man in His intention who fulfils the twofold purpose of expressing God and dealing with God’s enemy. Amen!
However, we should not think that the bride of Christ is composed only of the super-spiritual saints, those who are older and have gone through a lot of experiences and have become strong in the Lord, and so we may not be that qualified to be in the bride. Oh Lord!
On the contrary, when the Lord returns, all who are strong in themselves will be disqualified.
Those who are counted worthy to be overcomers will be the weaker ones who depend on the Lord all the time.
This is why we are today; we are not the strong ones but the weaker ones. We see that God became a man to make man God in life and nature, but not in the Godhead, but we realise we can’t do it and we can’t make it.
We open to the Lord with tears and ask Him to do this in us; we just open and we allow Him to do in us what He said He will do in His word.
He desires that we are in the Holy of Holies, living within the veil; we open to Him and ask Him to bring us into the Holy of Holies so that we live within the veil.
He wants us to be in oneness with Him so that He dwells in us and we dwell in Him. We want to attain this, but we can’t do anything; we are the weaker ones, the feeble ones, and we just open to Him.
This is seen in the picture of the loving seeker in Song of Songs becoming the Shulammite, the feminine form of Solomon, through many experiences.
She became as beautiful as Tirzah and as lovely as Jerusalem, as terrible as an army with banners (Song of Songs 6:4).
And when others look at her, when others see who she is, they gaze at the Shulammite as upon the dance of two camps (v. 13).
These two camps, Mahanaim in Hebrew, refer to the two camps that Jacob had when he was on the way back to his father’s country, and he divided his wives and children and possessions into two camps.
These are the weaker ones, the feeble ones, with no experience in battle; the One who fights the battle is not us but the Lord.
We want to arrive at the highest peak of the divine revelation; we believe we can arrive, but we can’t do it, for we’re the weaker ones who depend on the Lord.
We just open to the Lord, we humble ourselves before Him, and we allow Him to do everything in us.
In all these things, we more than conquer through Him who loved us (Rom. 8:37).
We don’t overcome in and of ourselves; we overcome in Him and through Him who loved us. We love Him, we lean on Him, we depend on Him, and we let Him do everything in us; we overcome through Him.
As we humble ourselves and depend on the Lord, we have plaited hair and strings of jewels around our neck, as the Shulammite had, signifying that we are submissive and obedient to the Lord.
We are no longer stiff-necked; we depend on the Lord and we allow Him to do everything in us. Like those in Philadelphia, we have little power (Rev. 3:8). He wants us to overcome.
He is the overcoming One in us, and He simply wants us to have little power and depend on Him for everything.
As we admit before Him again and again that we cannot do it and we cannot make it, even though we want to be His overcoming Ones, He comes in, for He gives grace to the humble and resists the proud.
We are becoming the two armies, which means that we are in the principle of the Body of Christ.
We want to overcome, we see His purpose and give ourselves to Him for this, and we are members of the Body, being individually members of one another.
We depend on the Lord and we depend on the Body. We do not worry that we can’t make it for we have the Lord within and the Body around us.
Our worries are changed into praise, for we are full of hope that He has done everything and He is doing everything for us, and the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ is in the Body of Christ (Phil. 1:19).
Therefore, we are assured that all things work together for good for us and will turn out to salvation, through the petition of the saints and the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
As the weaker ones who depend on the Lord, our attitude is that we need Him and we open to Him, and we let Him do everything in us. May the Lord gain us as such ones so that He may gain His overcoming saints, His bride today.
Lord Jesus, we love You and we open to You. We cannot make it. You want us to be the same as You are in life and nature, but we can’t do this in ourselves. Thank You for showing us what You are to us and what we should be today; do this in us. You desire us to be in the Holy of Holies, living within the veil; we open to You, Lord, for in ourselves we can’t make it, but You can do it in us. Come in, Lord, and bring us into the Holy of Holies. Make us Your dwelling place and Your expression. We are the weaker ones who depend on the Lord all the time; we come to You as we are and we let You do everything in us. Oh Lord, we aspire to be Your overcoming saints, for You need the overcomers in order to return. Make us the overcoming saints today. We humble ourselves before You and we take You as our everything. Praise the Lord, what a joy that we can’t do anything! What a joy to know that God can do everything in us and He is doing everything for us! Hallelujah, Christ as the unique Overcomer is reproducing Himself in us to make us His overcoming saints composing His bride!
God is Able to make us the Same as He is, the Shulammite, to be the Bride of Christ matching Him

In Revelation 19-20 we see that the testimony of Jesus during the millennium is the bride of Christ, the overcomers who are the co-kings with Christ (Rev. 19:7-9; 20:4, 6).
He will gain this group of people who overcome, and He will gain His bride to enjoy the wedding feast with Him and reign with Him for one thousand years. Praise the Lord!
The Lord’s recovery is for the preparation of the bride of Christ. We are here in the church life for this, for us to become part of the glorious and beautiful bride of Christ.
Ultimately, we will be conformed to be the wonderful Shulammite who, as the duplicate of Solomon, is the greatest and ultimate figure of the New Jerusalem as the counterpart, the bride, of Christ (S. S. 6:13; Rev. 21:2, 9-10; 22:17a). Praise the Lord!
The Shulammite started as a country girl, and she is becoming the same as Solomon.
We believers in Christ start as sinners, rebellious, and far away from God, having nothing to do with Him; however, the Lord comes as the most lovely Bridegroom, and we fall in love with Him.
He is taking us through a lifelong process, which can be accelerated at times, for us to become the same as Christ in life, nature, expression, and function, for us to match Him as His bride.
However, as we go on with the Lord, we realise that we are the weaker ones who depend on the Lord all the time; we can’t do it in ourselves, and we just open to Him for Him to do it in us.
In His economy, God is making us the same as He is in life, nature, expression, and function; He is not making us the same as He is in His Godhead.
We feel that this is quite unattainable, so we open to Him, we depend on the Lord, and we let Him to it in us.
We are the two armies spoken of in Genesis 32:1-10 and Song of Songs 6:13; we are the weaker ones who depend on the Lord. But we believe He can do it, and the Bible confirms He will gain this!
He is gaining the armies, the bridal army.
The spiritual significance of the two armies is the strong testimony that we more than conquer, we “super-overcome” through Him who loved us according to the principle of the Body of Christ (Rom. 8:37; 12:5; Deut. 32:30; Eccl. 4:9-12).
On the one hand, we can’t make it in ourselves, for we’re the weaker ones depending on the Lord. On the other hand, in Christ we more than overcome, for He is making us His overcoming saints.
We do this in the Body of Christ, for He is gaining the overcoming saints built up as the Body of Christ to be the bride of Christ.
God doesn’t want those who are strong in themselves; He only wants the feeble ones, those who are weaker (1 Cor. 1:26-28; 2 Cor. 12:9-10; 13:3-5; S. S. 8:6).
May we be those counted worthy to be His overcomers by being the weaker ones who depend on the Lord. May we not think we are strong but rather, as Paul said, may we allow the Lord’s power to be perfected in us in our weakness.
We boast that, by the resurrection life, the grace of God overshadows us, and He does it in us.
May His power be perfected in our weakness, as we depend on the Lord. God needs a people who are one with Him, a people who are submissive to Him.
May we open to the Lord, not trust in ourselves, and fully rely and trust in Him, for He will do in us what He said in His word He will do. In Christ, we are able to do all things (Phil. 4:13).
If we read the end of the Bible, the last two chapters of Revelation, we will see the holy city, New Jerusalem; in this consummation, we find all the types, figures, and prophecies in the Old Testament and all the realities in the New Testament.
Christ as the real Solomon is gaining the New Jerusalem as His Shulammite. We all start as sinners, the country girl, and we are courted by the Lord and transformed by Him in a personal and affectionate way.
We are becoming His bride, His wife, for our marriage with Him! And He is the One doing all these things – we just need to open to Him and cooperate with Him!
Lord Jesus, we want to give You our best cooperation today as You desire to gain Your bride. Make us those who are submissive and obedient to You so that You may gain what You are after. Amen, Lord, bring us on to maturity. We open to Your courting day by day. How lovely it is that the great King, Jesus Christ as the real Solomon, is courting us affectionately and transforming us in His love to make us His Shulammite, the same as He is in life and nature but not in the Godhead! Amen, Lord, we are full of faith that, what You have begun in us, You will also do it! Keep us in Christ. Keep us one with You. We are the weaker ones, those who depend on You all the time. We do not trust in ourselves. We depend on the Lord as our love, power, and mercy to make us vessels of mercy, honour, and glory. Amen, Lord, we depend on You. We need You. We submit to You. We believe that You can do this in us. Make us the same as You are. Make us Your bride! We just love You, Lord Jesus!

Song of Songs 6:13, footnote 1 on, Shulammite, Recovery Version Bible
May the Lord shine on us to show us that in ourselves we are the weaker ones, even the feeble ones, who can’t do it, can’t make it, and can’t attain to God’s purpose in ourselves.
We have little power. But we open to Him. He needs a bride, and we aspire to be His overcomers. He desires to gain the Shulammite, and we are in the process.
Oh Lord, Thy mercy and grace is our dependency!
Yes, our will is weak, our strength is frail.
Take and hold us by Thy mighty hand in grace and mercy;
Lead us through to Thy goal & purposes!
Amen, individually, we cannot do it! Help us to see that we are part of Your body and that the armour is for the body that we can fight the battle together and from the ascension
of Christ, we crush the head of Satan again like this new corporate man. Amen
We more than conquer through Him who loved us!
To overcome, to be the bride of Christ we need to be the weak ones, those who depend on Him, who are one with Him, submissive to Him and obedient to Him as pictured by the dance of two camps (armies).
In Christ, we are able to be made the same as He is in life, nature, expression and function to fulfill the eternal economy of God, consummating in the Holy city, New Jerusalem.
Praise the Lord, He is the great I Am…the One who in His divinity is the only begotten Son of God. He is now the resurrected firstborn Son of God, sitting on the right hand of God.
He is the Word of God, self-existing, ever-existing.
The Shulammite is the bride of Solomon, one who matches him, she is not only the loving bride but also a fighting bride.
The Father wants us to be His Shulammite bride, one who is God’s counterpart in life and nature, but not in the Godhead, but His expression of light and love which darkness cannot comprehend.
In the Lord, we are able to do all things.
Amen brother!
Who could imagine that God wanted to contact His chosen people just like a man courting a lovely lady? This is how the Bible ends, with a couple in a marriage life-the New Jerusalem (Rev. 21).
Hallelujah!
How lovely & noble is our Lord. He will make us the same as He is in life, nature, expression & function not by coercion but by courting us.
We are just feeble ones but we can be absolute & faithful to God’s promises.
May the Lord save us from unbelief.
Like Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, we are a people who live according to promise not according to the outward situation or our negative feelings. Hallelujah!
We are free by believing in the truth of God’s holy word.
Amen Lord, You are the only One who can do it.
We are the weak ones and we open to You to enjoy You and depend on You to make us the same as You in life, mature, and expression.
We want to be Your mature bride!

Ameeen!!!
The stronger ones in themselves will be disqualified! It is not of him who wills or runs but of God. God will do it in us and for us, the weak ones and there’s feeble ones.
Aaaaameeen! Those in Philadelphia had “a little power.” The Lord admires the absoluteness and faithfulness to do what they could!
Honestly, most of us need the Lord to touch the socket of our hip to save us from independence. When that happens, we may walk with a limp—but as we cross over Penuel, the sun rises on us. That doesn’t mean we should pray for a limp—just pray for light.
