Seeing the Divine Move of the Divine Trinity in the Conception and Baptism of Jesus

...The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore also the holy thing which is born will be called the Son of God. Luke 1:35

It is so amazing to see the divine move of the Divine Trinity in the book of Matthew, especially in chs. 1 and 3 with the conception, birth, and baptism of Jesus! If we see the controlling vision of the divine economy with the divine dispensing … [Continue reading]

The Living Water we Drink becomes in us a Fountain Springing and Flowing into the New Jerusalem

...but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into eternal life. John 4:14b

The Bible clearly shows us that the Triune God has been processed to become the life-giving Spirit for us to drink of Him and enjoy Him; when we drink this living water, it springs up into eternal life and it flows us into and to become the New … [Continue reading]

The Divine Economy with the Divine Dispensing of the Divine Trinity into us for the Church

Even as I exhorted you, when I was going into Macedonia, to remain in Ephesus in order that you might charge certain ones not to teach different things...rather than God's economy, which is in faith. 1 Tim. 1:3-4

We need to see and realize that the central matter in the Bible is the divine economy with the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity into us, the believers in Christ, for the building up of the church as the Body of Christ consummating in the … [Continue reading]

Be Faithful to Live for God’s Administration by Christ’s Resurrection Life in Handling Money

Throughout the years, we in the Lord’s recovery have been hearing His Word and have been built up in the riches of Christ. We have surely been nourished by the divine Word. Now if we all would be faithful to live for God’s administration in caring for money and material matters, there would be no financial needs in the recovery. For example, certainly we can exercise our spirit and our will to save a small amount of money each week, perhaps just two dollars and fifty cents, and give this to the Lord for His move on earth. One day, instead of having our lunch at a restaurant, we may eat a simple meal prepared at home. Then the money saved could be given to the Lord. Imagine what the situation would be if we all were faithful to do something like this week by week! Life-Study of 1 Corinthians, Chapter 69, by Witness Lee

The way we handle money and care for material things shows whether we live for God's administration; we all need to be faithful to live for God's administration in resurrection and by the power of resurrection so that we may be saved from the … [Continue reading]

Set our hope in God who Richly Supplies all Things and being willing to share our Surplus

No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will hold to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Matt. 6:24

As believers in Christ, we need to have God's view concerning the material riches, not setting our hope on the uncertainty of riches but on God, who richly supplies all things for our enjoyment; we need to do good, be rich in good works, be ready … [Continue reading]

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matt. 6:21

As people of the kingdom of God, we should not store up for ourselves treasures on earth but store up treasures in heaven, and we should not be anxious for our needs but do our duty to give, trusting in our heavenly Father to provide for all our … [Continue reading]

Our Sowing with Blessings by Offering Material Riches results in Thanksgiving to God

And God is able to make all grace abound unto you, that, in everything always having all sufficiency, you may abound unto every good work. 2 Cor. 9:8

Our giving is like gathering and sowing, and if we are offering material riches by giving with blessings, we will also receive with blessings, with much thanksgiving to God. Amen! It is so interesting to see that Paul likens our giving to a … [Continue reading]
