We’re Daily Being Prepared as the Bride of Christ praying, Amen, Come, Lord Jesus!

And behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this scroll. Rev. 22:7

The Lord is coming back soon, and we say, Amen, Come, Lord Jesus; at the same time, we want to be watchful and be prepared for His coming to be His built-up Body and prepared Bride by growing unto maturity and being built together so that He may gain what He is after before He returns!

Amen, come Lord Jesus! Come soon, dear Lord! We are here for You. We live for You and unto You. We give ourselves to You. May we grow in life unto maturity more today. Intensify Your growth in us. Keep us turning to our spirit so that we may remain in the divine fellowship! Amen, Lord, save us from being independent and individualistic and build us up with the saints as one Body! Gain Your prepared bride so that You can return soon! Amen!

This week we have been prayerfully considering the last chapter of the Bible to see how we can experience, enjoy, and express the Christ seen in this chapter.

In Revelation 22 we see the Lord saying three times that He is coming quickly; He is coming with His reward to render each one as his work is. He comes to give us the wages based on how we lived and work while on earth.

This has nothing to do with our eternal salvation; once we repent and believe into the Lord, we are eternally saved, but how we live and work after being saved determines what kind of reward the Lord will give us at His judgment seat.

We all must be manifested before the judgment seat of Christ that each one may receive the things done through the body according to what he has practiced, whether good or bad.

May we remain in the Word of God day by day, even exercise our spirit to read and pray the prophetic word so that we may have the morning star rising in our hearts.

Day by day we need to allow the word of prophecy in the Bible be like a lamp shining in a dark place. We live in a dark time, and we need the Lord’s shining day by day. We need to be enlightened and illuminated by giving heed to the shining word of prophecy in the Scripture.

As we heed the prophetic word, as we read and pray the word of God, He will rise in us as the morning star, and we will have a bright spiritual day. Amen! He is the Root and the Offspring of David to the children of Israel for the kingdom.

To us as believers in Christ, He is the morning star, which appears before the darkest hour, even prior to the dawn. May we come to Him in His word to be under His shining so that we may make new discoveries in His word and have Christ as the morning star rise in our hearts! Amen!

The Lord is Coming Soon as the Judge to Judge us and as the Bridegroom to Rapture His Prepared Bride

Watch therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord comes. Matt. 24:42

In Revelation 22:7 we are told, And behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this scroll. The Lord is coming soon. We are blessed if we keep the words of the prophecy not only in the book of Revelation but in the whole Bible.

As we read the Lord’s words, as we hear His warning that He is coming quickly, we need to respond in love as John did, Amen, Come, Lord Jesus (v. 20).

We are those who love the Lord. We love Him, we open to Him, and we allow Him to deal with anything in us that He needs to deal with so that He may prepare us as His bride. The whole Bible is concluded with the desire for the Lord’s coming expressed as a prayer.

When we hear such a prayer, something within us rises up to say, Come, Lord Jesus! In 2 Timothy 4:1-8, we see Paul’s exhortation immediately before his martyrdom.

He told us that he fought the good fight, he finished the course, and he kept the faith.

He also said that he was expecting to be rewarded at the judgment seat with the crown of righteousness, with which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will recompense him on that day, and not only him but also those who have loved the Lord’s appearing.

Paul exhorts us that by the Lord’s judgment and kingdom we should have a living that loves the Lord’s appearing. May we not be discouraged. May we not backslide. May we not become weak, but may we remain faithful to the end.

The Lord’s desire is to come quickly; He said in Revelation 22:12 that He comes quickly, and that He is coming with His reward. We need to consider the Lord’s reward to be rendered to us at His coming back.

Today as believers in Christ we have a choice of how to live, whether to live in the spirit or just in the things of this world, in the flesh, and in the natural man.

We should not think that, since it seems that the Lord has been tolerating the situation for more than nineteen centuries, He is slow to come back.

Rather, may we look at the world situation today and realise that we are very close, right at the edge.

Things can happen within the next few days to change the whole world history, and the Lord can quickly arrange for some things to take place to prepare the outward situation for His coming.

So we need to be ready and prepared for His coming. The Lord comes back as the Judge and as the Bridegroom; He is coming with His reward, and He is coming for His bride.

May the Lord cover us that we would be watchful and praying, even that we would be prepared people (Matt. 22:42; 25:13).

I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom:...Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, with which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will recompense me in that day, and not only me but also all those who have loved His appearing. 2 Tim. 4:1, 8We need to prepare ourselves for the Lord’s coming, and this has to do with our daily living.

We need to live in the light of the Lord’s coming, taking His coming as a warning, an incentive, and an encouragement.

We do not live here for ourselves. We live to the Lord and for the Lord. We exercise our spirit to contact the Lord and we learn to live in spirit, one with the Lord.

We work for the Lord and in the Lord, and we want to do the will of the heavenly Father as we work for God and serve Him.

We want to be prepared as His bride, for we love the Lord, we love His appearing, and we desire for Him to come back quickly.

We take His word into us by means of all prayer and petition, and we heed the prophetic word.

We are so encouraged when we see that the Lord is moving on the earth, gaining more lampstands and intensifying His organic salvation to produce the overcomers He needs for His coming back.

May we be watchful and praying for the Lord’s coming in our daily living, and may we be those prepared to be His bride today.

Lord Jesus, we love You and we desire for You to come back soon! Amen, come quickly, Lord Jesus! We love Your appearing. We love You, our dear Bridegroom! We give ourselves to You to be prepared as Your bride. We want to keep Your word, the entire word in the Bible, to enjoy Your blessing. Amen, Lord, may Your word dwell in us richly. May we heed the prophetic word as to a lamp shining in a dark place until Christ as the morning star rises in our heart. Oh Lord, may we have a living that loves You and Your appearing! May we not be discouraged nor backslidden but rather, may we remain faithful to the end! Strengthen our faith. Strengthen our going on with You. Keep us faithful to the end! Amen, Lord, we look to You today. You are able to do so much in such a short period of time. Intensify Your organic salvation in us. Work Yourself into us. Bring us on to maturity. We want to be watchful and praying in our daily living. Prepare us for Your return. Amen, Lord, prepare us as Your bride!

We’re Daily Being Prepared as the Bride of Christ, praying, Amen, Come, Lord Jesus!

He who testifies these things says, Yes, I come quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! Rev. 22:20

Even though the Lord Jesus promised us three times in Revelation 22 that He is coming back quickly, it has been more than nineteen hundred years and He has still not come.

How come? Why did the Lord not come yet, and how long is it until He comes back?

The Lord wants to come back, for He is like a Bridegroom eager to marry His dear bride; however, He cannot come back because He does not yet have what He desires.

The New Testament tells us that Christ wants a Body to express Him and a dear bride to satisfy His heart. He will come for His bride, and He is coming quickly.

At that time two men will be in the field; one is taken and one is left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one is taken and one is left. Matt. 24:40-41 I tell you, In that night there will be two on one bed; the one will be taken and the other will be left. There will be two women grinding together; the one will be taken but the other will be left. Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other will be left. Luke 17:34-36However, when He says He comes quickly, this is according to His sense of time, not according to ours. He still needs to dispense Himself into us, even into every part of our inner being, and He still needs to grow in us unto maturity.

We need to see that the quicker our life matures, the sooner the Lord will return. We need to let Him grow in us day by day. On the negative side, we need to let Him judge in us what needs to be judged, that is, everything that does not match Him.

On the positive side, we need to be prepared as the bride of Christ by loving Him and enjoying Him. For the bride to be prepared, a long process is needed.

We are daily being prepared as the bride of Christ, praying, Amen, Come, Lord Jesus! We pray for Him to come, and He operates in us to work in us both the willing and the working for His good pleasure. He is preparing us as His bride.

He is growing in us, and we want to cooperate with Him for His growth in us. May we not blame the Lord for delaying His coming but rather, may we daily be prepared as the bride of Christ by growing in life.

May we be diligent to prepare ourselves to meet the Lord. On the personal side, Christ needs to increase and we need to decrease, for the increase of Christ in us is the bride of Christ (John 3:29-30).

On the corporate side, we need to learn to be built up together with the saints in the fellowship of life, and we need to learn to minister Christ as life to one another.

We are in the Body of Christ, and we need to be faithful and prudent slaves ministering life to the saints at the proper time.

May we not say in our heart like the idle and lazy slave said, “My master delays;” rather, may we grow in life and serve the Lord in the church by ministering life to the saints for the building up of the church.

May we cooperate with the Lord today to build up the church as the Body of Christ and be prepared as the Bride of Christ for Christ to return soon.

As we see in Matthew 24:40-41 and Luke 17:34-36, the Lord will come and take those who are ready. He knows those who are ready.

We may not be in the meeting when the Lord return but rather, we may be working in the field (doing our job at work) or grinding at the mill (taking care of things at home), doing mundane and routine things.

But as we do this, we inwardly have Christ as the morning star rising in our heart, and instead of living in the dark night of this age and being in darkness, we heed the prophetic word so that Christ may shine in us and through us.

He who has the bride is the bridegroom...He must increase, but I must decrease. John 3:29-30 I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing. John 15:5We simply abide in the Lord and He abides in us (John 15:5); we do the things we need to do in the physical realm, but in the spiritual realm, we abide in the Lord.

We live in two realms at the same time: outwardly, we do the things we need to do and inwardly, we are one spirit with the Lord.

If we do this, if we are one spirit with the Lord as we do this and that, when He returns we will simply respond to Him and we will be with Him, for it is normal for us to be with Him.

As we do all these things in our human life such as going to school, getting a degree, getting a job, being trained for the Lord’s testimony, getting married, having a house, having a family, having a job, and many other things, we are being prepared to be the bride of Christ.

Our goal is to be raptured when the Lord comes back. So we inwardly cooperate with Him to be prepared as His bride, and we outwardly live Christ.

We personally contact the Lord and enjoy Him, allowing Him to grow in us unto maturity, and corporately we remain in the fellowship of life in the Body so that the Lord may gain a built-up Body which is the prepared Bride. Amen!

May we be the remnant responding to the Lord’s heart and be willing to lose our individualism, our preferences, our goals, and our aims, and simply grow in life and be built up with the saints to be prepared as the bride of Christ, saying, Amen, come Lord Jesus! Amen!

Lord Jesus, gain what You are after in us. Prepare us as Your bride. We love You, Lord, and we open to You! You are our dear Bridegroom. We want to live one spirit with You today. Make us those who are diligent to prepare ourselves to meet You! May we grow in life unto maturity more today. May we love You more today. May we minister Christ as life to others also. Oh Lord, we give You our human living. Keep us one spirit with You in all things. May we do our studies, our work, and all the things we need to take care of by living in the mingled spirit! Amen, Lord, we choose to be in our spirit today! We abide in You. We simply remain in You, for You are in us. Keep us in Your presence, growing in You and loving You, until You return! Yes, Lord, come back quickly! Amen, Lord, come soon! Make us the remnant who respond to Your heart and are willing to pay the price to be prepared as the bride of Christ! Build us up together with the saints and flow among us as the fellowship of life! Amen, come, dear Lord Jesus!

The Lord has still not come, because He does not yet have what He desires. He is after a Body to express Him and a dear bride to satisfy His heart. When the Lord said that He would come soon, He spoke according to His sense of time, not according to ours. The point here is that God is working slowly to dispense Himself into us. We need to see that the quicker our life matures, the sooner the Lord will return. When the Lord Jesus comes back, He will not only judge the negative things but also receive His bride. This means that He will come both as the Judge and as the Bridegroom…For the Lord to come as the Bridegroom, the bride must be prepared for Him…Because the bride is not yet ready, we may say that it is possible that the Lord’s coming will not be as soon as some expect. The principle here is that the higher the life is, the slower it grows…The bride must be prepared for the Bridegroom, and this preparation is through the growth in life, a growth that requires time. Instead of blaming the Lord for delaying His coming, we should be diligent to prepare ourselves to meet Him. We should also minister life to others so that they may grow and be prepared.

Dear brother, the Lord said he’s coming quickly but it has been more than nineteen hundred years since He left…. How long will it be?

The Lord cannot return until He gains the reality of the Body of Christ and the prepared Bride. We need to grow in life unto maturity and be prepared to be the Lord’s bride so that we may be those be watchful, praying, and prepared people.

Oh Lord Jesus, we love You and we yearn for Your coming soon. May we be watchful and praying. May we minister life to others in God’s household. Amen, Lord, prepare us to be Your bride. Come, dear Lord Jesus!

Brother, we need to grow in life. Hallelujah, praise the Lord.

Hebrews 6:1 says that we should leave the elementary teachings and move on into maturity… may we be those who minister life to others in God’s household, amen.

May we give Him a clear sky in our worship.

Lord we pray for those who is needing hope, love, joy, strength and encouragement. Dry our tears. Take away our fears. Minister to our hearts. You are our healer, comfort and provider. You know Lord who is struggling and You know us by name. By Your mercy and compassion may we feel Your presence like never before in Jesus name.

Amen! The Lord can only come when the church as His Body, His Bride is ready! O Lord Jesus!

How we need to be such watchful lovers in the church age to be watchful, praying and prepared to bring Him back.

As we look at the world situation, considering how things can quickly change, we also need to be in the fellowship of the Body to be saved from individualism, being opinionated and divisive.

Come Lord Jesus and find us filled and burning bright – we await Your appearing but need to also love Your appearing today!

We should have a living that loves the Lord’s appearing. We need to be watchful, praying & prepared people.

We must be diligent to prepare ourselves as Christ’s bride.

Being prepared doesn’t just mean to have our oldness & naturalness removed. It also means to minister life to others so that they may grow and be prepared.

We need to be one with the Spirit in saying to others: Come! Drink freely of the water of life.
