We believers in Christ are in the process of dispositional sanctification, our organic salvation, as our beautification to become the beautiful, holy, and glorious bride of Christ; Christ redeemed the church, as the life-giving Spirit He is washing and cleansing us to sanctify us today, and in the future He will be the Bridegroom presenting the church to Himself. Hallelujah!
This week in our morning revival, we come to a lovely aspect of the bride of Christ, The beauty of the Bride. When you go to a wedding, you want to see the beautiful bride. Similarly, the Lord is gaining a beautiful bride, and the Bible speaks concerning the beauty of the bride.
May we be those who come to the word of God having no veil on our eyes; may we be fully unveiled to see the Lord and enjoy Him and His heart’s desire.
Whenever our heart is turned to the Lord, the veil is taken away, and we can behold the Lord with an unveiled face. As we behold Him, we also reflect Him, and we are transformed into the same image from glory to glory (2 Cor. 3:15-18). He is transforming us into His image.
In Genesis 1:26, we see that we are created in the image of God, but the created man did not have the image of God inwardly, for he didn’t have the reality of God; so God put man in front of the tree of life.
When we partake of the tree of life by turning our heart to the Lord and exercising our spirit to contact Him, we are infused with Him and His image is imprinted on our being.
We are becoming the same as He is to match Him for our wedding. We are being beautified as the bride of Christ, for Christ is working Himself into us as our very beauty.
May we really learn to open to the Lord. May we drop our opinions, forget what is behind, and not hang on to our past successes or failures; may we just stretch forward to enjoy Christ, partake of Christ, and gain Christ!
When we see Christ, we gain Christ. When we see God, we gain God. When we see God, His element is infused into us and our own element is discharged; this metabolic process is transformation.
When we see the Lord, we repent in dust and ashes, we even abhor ourselves, and we allow the Lord to do everything in us and for us.
May we come to the Lord again and again, being unveiled, so that He may infuse us with what He is and make us the same as He is. He wants to not only perfect us or train us; He wants to beautify us, to make us His beautiful bride, for us to match Him for our marriage.
Christ is the Redeemer, the Life-giving Spirit, and the Bridegroom to Gain His Bride
After believing into the Lord Jesus, we believers in Christ began a lifelong relationship with Him and, even more, we entered into a process of being sanctified in our very disposition.
The process of dispositional sanctification is the process of our organic salvation as our beautification to become the beautiful, holy, and glorious bride for Christ (see 1 Thes. 4:3a; 1 Pet. 1:15-16; Eph. 1:4-5; 5:25-27; 1 Thes. 5:23-24; Rom. 6:19, 22). This is truly wonderful!
We were reconciled to God through the death of His Son; now, much more, we are saved in His life. God called us to be holy in all our manner of life, for we will be holy even as He is holy; He is making us the same as He is.
Ephesians 5:25-27 is an amazing portion speaking of how Christ produces and gains the bride, the church. This portion of the Word reveals the entirety of God’s complete salvation in presenting Christ to us in three stages.
Paul exhorts husbands to love their wives even as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her. He did this so that He may sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing of the water in the word.
This is so that He might present the church to Himself glorious, without spot, wrinkle, or any such things.
Why did Christ give Himself up for us on the cross? On the one hand, it was for our redemption; on the other hand, it was to gain the church, His bride.
Christ’s purpose in loving the church and in giving Himself up for the church was to sanctify her by the washing of the water in the Word. Amen!
This portion shows us three statuses of Christ – in the past, Christ as the Redeemer gave Himself up for the church for redemption and the impartation of life (John 19:34); in the present, He’s the life-giving Spirit sanctifying the church; and in the future, He’s the Bridegroom presenting the church to Himself.
In the past, Christ came to give Himself up for us, the church; He shed His blood for our redemption and He poured out His life for us to receive it and be regenerated to be part of the church as the bride of Christ.
In the present, Christ is the life-giving Spirit sanctifying the church through separation, saturation, transformation, growth, and building up.
In the future, He will come as the Bridegroom to present the church to Himself glorious, holy, and righteous, without any spot or wrinkle or any such thing; the church will be His counterpart for His satisfaction.
Ephesians 5:25-27 reveals the entirety of God’s complete salvation in presenting Christ to us in these three wonderful stages and statuses.
Christ loved us so much that He gave Himself up for us; this was in the past. In the present, Christ as the life-giving Spirit is dispositionally sanctifying the church by saturating her with His element so that she may be His counterpart.
This is organic salvation as bride-beautification and bride-preparation. He redeemed the church in the past; now He is preparing and beautifying the church.
And He does it by sanctifying the church, by the washing of the water in the word. In the future, Christ as the Bridegroom will present the church to Himself as His counterpart for His satisfaction.
He wants to gain and present the church to Himself glorious; this is our glorification for bride presentation.
We can say that in the past He is the Redeemer to redeem the church; in the present He’s the life-giving Spirit to sanctify the church by the washing in the word; and in the future He is the Bridegroom presenting the church to Himself glorious.
In the past, Christ gave Himself up for the church; in the present, He is sanctifying the church; in the future, He will present the church to Himself as His counterpart for His satisfaction.
His loving the church is to sanctify her, and His sanctifying the church is for His presenting the church to Himself glorious. This is wonderful!
We need to know Christ not only as our Redeemer, the One who died for us to redeem us, but even more, know and enjoy Him as the life-giving Spirit!
As the life-giving Spirit (1 Cor. 15:45; 2 Cor. 3:17), Christ is daily sanctifying us by the washing of the water in the word to make us His bride! And one day we will know Him as our Bridegroom, for He is making us His holy, glorious, and righteous bride to match Him for our marriage! Praise the Lord!
Lord Jesus, keep us in the process of God’s organic salvation for our beautification to become the beautiful, holy, and glorious bride for Christ! Hallelujah, Christ came as the Redeemer to give Himself up for the church for our judicial redemption. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for dying not only for our redemption but also to gain us as Your bride! Praise the Lord, Christ today is the life-giving Spirit to dispositionally sanctify us by saturating us with His element for us to be His counterpart! Amen, Lord, keep us in this process of organic salvation as bride-beautification and bride preparation! Keep us in the washing of the water in the word for us to be sanctified day by day! Praise the Lord, in the future Christ as the Bridegroom, will present the church to Himself as His counterpart for His satisfaction! Amen, Lord, sanctify us more today so that one day You may present the church to Yourself glorious, not having spot or wrinkle or any such things! Gain Your holy, glorious, and beautiful bride!
As Redeemed Ones, we’re Sanctified to become the Glorious Church Presented to Christ as His Bride
When Christ died on the cross, out of His pierced side flowed blood and water (John 19:34). His blood was shed for our redemption, and water came out for the impartation of life so that the church might come into existence.
As Ephesians 5:25 shows us, the church came into existence through Christ’s loving her and giving Himself up for her.
We believers in Christ are the redeemed ones, part of the church; now that the church is in existence, the church needs sanctification.
We are being sanctified by the washing of the water in the word of God so that our spots, wrinkles, and any such things may be removed, and we would be beautified as the bride of Christ.
The process of sanctification includes being separated from anything that is not God, being saturated with the element of God, being transformed into the image of Christ, growth in life unto maturity, and building up.
As we remain in the process of being sanctified, we as the church become complete and perfect, the reality of Eve in Genesis 2, to be presented to Christ as the real Adam, our Bridegroom.
God built Eve out of the rib taken out of Adam’s side, and He brought her to Adam for their marriage.
Similarly, Christ was put to death on the cross and, out of His side, blood and water flowed, so that we may be redeemed and washed, even sanctified and built up, and be brought to Him as His wife, His bride.
We need to remain in the process of being sanctified today, for without separation, saturation, transformation, growth, and building, the church cannot be perfected and grow into the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
The process of sanctification is an all-inclusive process through which the church can become complete, beautiful, and perfect, so that the church can attain to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
Thank the Lord that He came as the Redeemer to bring the church into existence.
Thank the Lord that we all today, as believers in Christ are the redeemed ones in the process of being sanctified to become the beautiful bride of Christ.
And one day, He as the Bridegroom, will present the glorious church to Himself without any spot, wrinkle, or any such thing – she will be perfect and beautiful!
Today, we’re in the stage of sanctification; we are being sanctified to be saturated with the element of God and have our natural element removed. Christ came into our spirit to make our spirit life (Rom. 8:10); the spirit is life because of righteousness.
As we daily set our mind on our spirit, not paying attention to our condition or focusing on our situation, our mind becomes life and peace (v. 6).
No matter how we feel, every morning we need to learn to turn to the Lord in our spirit to be sanctified. As we look into the mirror at the beginning of the day, may we learn to turn to our spirit so that our spirit be fanned into flame, and even our mind would be filled with the divine life.
And one day Christ will dispense His life into our mortal body to make our body life, thus saturating our whole being with Himself to make us the same as He is in life, nature, expression, and function!
May we remain in the word of God and may we be in the meetings of the church to be nourished and cherished by the Lord through all the members of the Body.
In this way, we are spontaneously separated from the world and saturated with the riches of Christ; then, there will be the growth, transformation, and building.
Eventually, the Lord will gain the perfect, complete, mature, and beautiful bride to present to Himself! Praise the Lord!
Lord Jesus, we open to You today: sanctify us more for the beautification of the bride! Amen, Lord, thank You for dying to redeem us and gain us as Your bride! Hallelujah, we today are in the process of being sanctified to be the beautiful bride of Christ! Amen, Lord, keep us in the process of separation, saturation, transformation, growth, and building so that we may be perfected and built up as Your bride! May we all be perfected and grow into the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ! Oh, what an all-inclusive process of sanctification we’re in so that we may become the church, complete and beautified, to be the glorious bride of Christ! We open to You, Lord, and we want to be in the meetings of the church to be nourished and cherished so that we may be saturated with the riches of Christ! May we experience growth, building, and transformation to be Your bride, fully grown and mature, beautified and glorified!

Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her that He might sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing of the water in the Word, that He might present the church to Himself glorious, not having spot or wrinkle or any such things, but that she would be holy and without blemish. Hallelujah!
Today we’re in the process of dispositional sanctification, which is the process of our organic salvation as our beautification to become the beautiful, holy, and glorious bride of Christ!
One day we will become His perfect bride presented to Christ!
Christ loves the Church that he gave Himself up for her, in order that she would be holy and without blemish.
Sanctifying is by cleansing, cleansing is by washing, washing is by water and the water is in the word.
After being continually washed by the word and meetings, we will spontaneously be separated from the world and saturated from the riches of Christ.
Christ Jesus gave himself up for the church and in the present is the life-giving Spirit is sanctifying us through separation, saturation, and growth that we may be perfected as His bride. We are in the stage of sanctification.
Amen brother in the past Christ redeemed the Church with the blood for redemption and water for germination
we now under the process of sanctification, being saturated, transformed, growth and building this so that the Church can be presented to Christ spotless and blameless
just as the picture with Adam and Eve, may we allow the Lord to sanctify us daily so that we can perfected to be the bride of Christ!
The church will not be presented to Christ as a strong man but as a beautiful bride.
In order to be the bride of Christ, we need to cooperate with the process of separation, saturation, transformation, growth and building up
